| After the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,high-density development and construction have brought certain damage to the ecological environment,resulting in serious degradation of all ecosystems and reducing the resilience of ecosystems,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of human society.The 21 st CPC Report lays more emphasis on the relationship between man and nature,so that people have a deeper understanding of nature,and promoting the construction of ecological civilization is the primary task to ensure the prosperity of the great motherland.Due to the destruction of the environment and the overutilization of natural resources,the imbalance between social economy and ecological environment has been caused for a long time,which makes some cities in the Yellow River Basin more vulnerable and less resilient.Mengjin District of Luoyang City is located in the central and western part of Henan Province,at the junction of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.The Yellow River is the inland river of Mengjin District.With complex and variable terrain,diverse land use forms and rich ecosystem types,Mengjin District is one of the most dynamic and potential areas for county economic development in Henan Province.Identifying the weaknesses in ecological protection in Mengjin District is of practical significance for guaranteeing the sustainable development of economy and ecology in Mengjin District,and provides references for ecological management in Mengjin District and other similar areas in the Yellow River Basin such as cultivated land protection,river governance,forest protection and settlement consolidation.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Sorting out the relevant theories and methods of ecosystem resilience evaluation,conducting feasibility analysis on the applicability and comprehensive application of the methods,constructing the method system and index system of this study,and selecting four subsystems of cultivated land ecosystem,forest ecosystem,water ecosystem and settlement ecosystem to carry out ecosystem resilience evaluation in Mengjin District.The model method and evaluation index selected in this paper are suitable for the evaluation of ecosystem resilience in Mengjin District.(2)The assessment results of the cultivated land ecosystem resilience in Mengjin District showed that the overall level of the cultivated land ecosystem resilience was not high.In Mengjin District,the area of strong resilience evaluation level is 27.92km2,accounting for 4.47% of the total area of cultivated land ecosystem;the area of strong resilience is 74.63km2,accounting for 11.95% of the total area of cultivated land ecosystem;the sum of the area of average resilience and weak resilience is 521.99km2.It accounts for 83.58% of the total area of cultivated land ecosystem.(3)The evaluation results of forest ecosystem resilience in Mengjin District showed that the level of forest ecosystem resilience in Mengjin district needed to be improved,and there were problems such as high soil erodibility and high topographic relief.In Mengjin district,the area of strong forest ecosystem resilience assessment grade is only0.01km2,and the area of strong is 0.85km2,accounting for 0.05% and 3.57% of the total forest ecosystem area,respectively.The area of average forest ecosystem assessment grade is 12.24km2,accounting for 51.37% of the total forest ecosystem area.The area with weak resilience evaluation grade was 10.73km2,accounting for 45.01% of the total area of forest ecosystem in Mengjin District.(4)The assessment results of the ecosystem resilience of Mengjin District showed that the ecosystem resilience of Mengjin District was low.In the whole region,there is no area with strong resilience,and the distribution of the area with strong resilience is not concentrated,and the area with a small area is 0.29km2,accounting for 0.85% of the total area of the ecosystem in Mengjin District.The sum of the area with average resilience and weak resilience is 33.99km2.It accounts for 99.15% of the total area of the aquatic ecosystem in Mengjin District,indicating that the protection of the aquatic ecosystem in Mengjin District is imminent.(5)The assessment results of the resilience of the settlement ecosystem in Mengjin District showed that the resilience of the settlement ecosystem in Mengjin District was poor,and the gap between the towns was large.There is no area with strong resilience of settlement ecosystem in Mengjin District.The area with strong resilience evaluation grade is only 0.01km2,accounting for only 0.01% of the total area of the town ecosystem.The area with average resilience is 18.01km2,accounting for 14.91% of the total area of the settlement ecosystem in Mengjin District.The area with weak resilience accounted for four-fifths of the total area of the settlement ecosystem in Mengjin District,with a total of102.78km~2,accounting for 85.08%.(6)The evaluation results of ecosystem resilience in Mengjin District showed that the overall level of ecosystem resilience in Mengjin District was not high,high in the middle and low in the west and east.The sum of the area of strong and strong ecosystem resilience is 94.58km2,accounting for 11.70% of the total land area of Mengjin District;the area of average and weak ecosystem resilience is 713.61km2,accounting for 88.3% of the total land area of Mengjin District.The area of weak ecosystem resilience is 60.43%of the total land area of Mengjin District.(7)According to the evaluation results of ecosystem resilience in Mengjin District,four key areas of ecosystem resilience in Mengjin District were designated: The restoration area of cultivated land ecosystem,the forest ecosystem restoration area of the south bank of the reservoir area,the ecological function maintenance area of the Yellow River and other rivers,and the settlement ecosystem restoration area.The main ecosystem types and existing ecological problems in the above four areas were analyzed,and the improvement path was given.While ensuring the rapid social and economic development of Mengjin District,It is of practical significance to reduce the damage of development and construction activities to the ecosystem to ensure the sustainable development of economy and ecology in Mengjin District. |
