A Study On The Ecological Land Use Of A Newly Developed Tourist District Based On Spatial Analysis

The land use of the tourism district is the focus of tourism planning for a long time. With the concept of ecological civilization is taking, ecological land use began receiving increasing attention and research. It can help us to promote the sustainable development of tourism and the regional ecological civilization by study on ecological land use of a tourism district. This paper is mainly about the ecological land use in a tourism district.Based on many disciplines' theories and methods, such as Tourism geography, behavioral geography, geographic information science, ecology and so on, this paper discusses the ecological land use by spatial analysis in theoretical and empirical. In the course of the study, first of all, we divided the tourism district into three regions according to the suitability of land use. We must to protect the ecologically fragile areas as far as possible, to reduce the ecological damage caused by tourism development, in accordance with the principle of suiting measures to local conditions. And then, we can analyze the scenic spots and road layout. Through the analysis, we must to enhance the spatial balanced of the scenic spots, to improve the ability of guide the behavior of tourists with road, to prevent the saturation and overloading of the environment, to avoid the ecological damage. Three methods of spatial analysis is used in this paper. DEM model, Voronoi diagram and Space syntax can help us to understand the suitability of the land use, the road layout and the scenic spots structure intuitively. The use of these methods can help us to verify the effect to tourism planning, to enrich the method of tourism planning study, to make tourism planning become scientific andmaneuverability.This paper is divided into six parts:As an introduction, Chapter one presents the background, significance, writing ideas, methods,and innovation in the paper.Chapter two analyzes the domestic and foreign research to progress and to draw the related conclusion. Through the summary of tourism planning, land use and spatial analysis, it can help us to clear the importance and the feasibility of the research. Chapter three is divided into the theoretical basis and related concepts. In this chapter, the theories and concepts that is related to ecological land use has been detailed presented, which lays the foundation of the theory of the ecological land use of the tourist district.Chapter four builds a theoretical analytic framework of this paper. We can makes the realization of the ecological land use combine with the processes of the tourist district development and planning. By analyzing the suitability of land use, land use zoning, the layout of the scenic spots and the structure of the road, we can explore further the overall layout of the ecological land use.Chapter five verifies the theoretical framework, through the actual case of Yunmeng ecological leisure park in Henan Province. Through the analysis of the suitability of land use, road structure and the layout of scenic spots, this chapter discusses the programs which makes ecological land-use become realization.Chapter six is about some conclusion. This paper's conclusions were summarized. This chapter also points out the deficiencies of the text and the prospect of follow-up study.
