Research On Cultural Creative Product Design With Intangible Cultural Heritage Beijing Embroidery As Cultural Symbol

Chinese traditional embroidery is renowned at home and abroad for its exquisite aesthetic value and rich cultural heritage.After thousands of years of development,it has formed a rich category system.As an important type of traditional Chinese embroidery,Beijing embroidery,an intangible cultural heritage,mainly refers to the general term for embroidery with Beijing as the boundary.Its artistic characteristics are mainly palace style,and its artistic types are mainly palace embroidery,folk embroidery,and opera embroidery.However,with the development of the times,traditional embroidery handicrafts can no longer meet people’s daily needs.Beijing Embroidery cultural and creative products combined with modern technology have a good development prospect,but at present,Beijing Embroidery cultural and creative products are not well developed,have a single type,and are not aesthetically pleasing in design,which cannot meet people’s aesthetic needs.Combining theories such as semiotics and communication,this article studies the cultural symbols of Beijing embroidery handicrafts from the perspectives of its history,patterns,colors,and needlework.It divides the cultural symbols of Beijing embroidery into two parts:cultural genes and pictorial symbols for research and exploration.Cultural genes express the cultural connotation of Beijing embroidery,collect cultural symbol factors using quantitative analysis,construct a cultural gene map library based on different types of cultural structure,and perform graphic transformation and refinement based on the cultural gene map library;The representation symbol is a visual effect presented by refining appropriate cultural symbols and combining them with modern technology.It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign cultural and creative products,and seeks the most suitable form of cultural and creative products for Beijing embroidery culture;Finally,the market demand of users was investigated through questionnaires and other methods,and the design positioning and ideas were clarified.Finally,modern technology was applied to achieve the design of Beijing Embroidery cultural and creative products.This article ponders and explores the inheritance and development of Beijing embroidery through cultural and creative design,combining traditional culture and modern art,thereby promoting the inheritance of Beijing embroidery culture.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background,purpose,significance,content,and framework of the research,and combs the theoretical research status of semiotics and intangible cultural heritage Beijing embroidery,laying a theoretical foundation for the following article;The second part summarizes the relevant theories of the article.Firstly,it elaborates the semiotic theory of Saussure and Pierce,and regards it as an important design theory for project practice.Secondly,it expounds the concept of cultural and creative products,as well as the application methods and important significance of symbols in the design of cultural and creative products.Finally,it analyzes the design cases of cultural and creative products using semiotics;The third part deeply analyzes the intangible cultural heritage of Beijing embroidery from the aspects of its history,pattern,color setting,needlework,and current situation,discusses its artistic characteristics and aesthetic value,and analyzes the current situation and problems of products around Beijing embroidery on the market,laying a foundation for the cultural and creative design practice of Beijing embroidery;The fourth part discusses the five design principles of cultural and creative design of Beijing embroidery,combines the semiotic theory of Beijing embroidery cultural symbol extraction method,extracts the colors and patterns of Beijing embroidery,and establishes the Beijing embroidery cultural gene map library;The fifth part combines market research to carry out cultural and creative design practice,using refined auxiliary graphics to design cultural and creative products and UI interface design.
