In the process of rapid economic development,commercial prosperity and urbanization,urban land is becoming more and more tense,and all kinds of super high-rise buildings are rising,so the problems of fire hazards are becoming more and more prominent.Super high-rise buildings are limited by their architectural characteristics.Once a fire happens,the consequences are extremely serious.In view of the characteristics of fire and the difficulty of fire extinguishing in super high-rise buildings,the design of intelligent fire extinguishing and rescue system for super high-rise buildings is designed in this paper,and the study of digital animation is carried out to provide reference and reference for the fire fighting and rescue of super high-rise buildings.The contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Overall design of intelligent fire extinguishing and rescue system for super high-rise buildings.The functions and main components of the system are introduced,and the working process of the system is described.In the mechanical structure,according to the application and environmental requirements of the robot,the motion form of the six degree of freedom manipulator is drawn up,and the design scheme of the mechanical structure of the robot is proposed.(2)The working space of the firefighting and rescue robot is studied.Through the kinematics analysis of the firefighting and rescue robot,the motion space map of the manipulator is simulated by using the powerful computing function and drawing ability of the Matlab software.At the same time,Rhino is used to create workspace entity model to verify workspace.(3)According to the characteristics of product demo animation,the method and process of product animation are presented.On the basis of the analysis of the existing product digital animation software,the advantages and disadvantages of each software in the production effect and required cost are summarized and summarized,and then the software used in the production process is selected according to the actual conditions of the project.(4)On the basis of the previous research,based on the design results of the firefighting and rescue system,we fully utilize the technical principles and methods of Rhino,SolidWorks,Cinema4D,3ds max,Adobe Premiere and other software,and complete the digital animation display practice of the intelligent fire fighting and rescue system according to the production process of the product digital animation.
