Safety Evaluation Of High-rise Commercial Buildings Research And Application Of Index System

As an international city,the building economy of Beijing has developed quickly.High-rise buildings have became the main landmark building of big city,as well as the place of entertainment,production and management of people.Commercial high-rise buildings have some obvious differences with common high-rise buildings in environment,construction,commercial activities and traffic density.Commercial high-rise buildings have big comprehensive degree,many layer numbers,complex function,densely populated,many large scale equipment and large difficulty of property management.If the property management company of the commercial high-rise buildings is lacking of safety management,management system specification is not workable,safety check does not actively push forward,the operation of the building will have potential safety hazard,and then it will cause some accidents like fire hazard and tread.Recent years,there are many fire hazards in high-rise buildings.For ensuring the safe operation of the buildings,the safety management of the commercial high-rise buildings come to the face of people.Thus analyzing it has practical value that the construction of the safety capability assessment indicator system of commercial high-rise building and the assessment of operating the safety ability.It provides reference ideas for the building owner and supervisor to identify the loophole and risk in the current situation of operation safety management of commercial high-rise building,and then it can develop the ability of safe operation and insure the safety of the city.The thesis is from the point of operating the safety ability and the model of ability,and studying the object of operation management of the commercial buildings.It discusses the connotation and concept of the operation safety ability of commercial high-rise buildings by the survey of document and interviewing,and analyzing the current situation of operation safety management.Basing on the causal analysis of accident,the thesis decides the influence factor of the operation safety management of the commercial high-rise buildings by analyzing the accidents of commercial high-rise building in recent years.On the basement,the thesis from the two dimensionalities of the operation of building and the operation of management covers two levels of the hard power and the soft power.It structures the three-dimensional system of operation safety ability of commercial high-rise buildings,it can be divides indexes of three levels,there are two indexes of the first level,seven indexes of the second level and thirty-one indexes of the third level.The thesis makes the weight assignment to the evaluation index by Analytic Hierarchy Process and uses entropy weight method to amending the index weight by working MATLAB software programming.Then it establishes the model of operation safety management of commercial high-rise building by using the method of comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy mathematics.At the last,the thesis evaluates the ability of safety operation by analyzing the example of a commercial high-rise building,and makes the analysis of the result of the evaluation.And then the thesis puts forward some advises of the safety operation of the commercialhigh-rise building.The model has some guiding significances to the evaluation and construction of the ability of safety operation of commercial high-rise building similar.
