| S company is a fast-growing private environmental protection high-tech company.After more than ten years of development,the current personnel scale has reached more than 700 people,and the company’s projects are located in more than 20 provinces across the country.The business scope of the company has been expanding,from a single production business to the whole industrial chain of environmental protection.At the same time,relying on the technical advantages of a domestic double first-class university and the national,provincial and ministerial scientific and technological innovation platform,s company has formed technical barriers and become a technology leading enterprise in a subdivided field of domestic environmental protection.The leading of technology needs talents.The lack of talents with relevant professional experience in the industry and the small talent reserve pool determine the narrow talent selection of S company.How to realize the continuous supply of high-quality talents has become an important issue.Based on the above background,this paper selects the talent supply chain optimization mechanism of S company as the main research direction,in order to optimize the talent supply chain system of S company by systematically combing and analyzing the talent supply chain system of S company.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant theories of talent supply chain by reading relevant literature.Secondly,through the analysis of the human resource structure and characteristics of S company,through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the talent supply chain of S company and puts forward optimization suggestions.The optimization suggestions include six aspects of internal talent management,and the external optimization is to combine the upstream and downstream suppliers and subcontractors,customers,colleges and universities Trade associations carry out talent exchange,talent co education,talent cooperation and talent training.Finally,the implementation effect is analyzed and the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward. |
