With the intensification of global business competition,the competition among enterprises has changed into the competition for the higher ability and quality of human resources through the competition of product performance,technology and management level.The core competitiveness of an enterprise is more and more focused on human resources,and talent has become an important index for enterprise development and even to resist competition.How to survive in the fierce market competition and how to achieve strategic goals and achieve sustainable development,the right talent is undoubtedly the only answer.In a comprehensive sense,a sustainable human resource management system is the cornerstone for the implementation of all strategies and the development of enterprises,as well as the focus of the work of every developing enterprise.To identify,train and develop talents is a measure for the sustainable development of enterprises.Plush manufacturing companies such as the traditional manufacturing industry,as the country for the adjustment of industrial structure,and increasingly strict environmental management policy trends,such as wool cloth with soft nap of the traditional manufacturing industry is faced with changes in the transformation of pressure to survive,many traditional manufacturing industry through the strategic adjustment and change to seek new development way.The NZ company studied in this paper is at the stage of strategic transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry.From the business field to the innovation of business model to the optimization of organizational change,all these changes pose new challenges to human resource management.In this paper,by combining theory of talent team construction at home and abroad,the formation of plush manufacturing industry sales talent echelon construction theory,using the method of field investigation and research study of NZ company sales talent echelon construction,talent team construction of NZ company sales background,purpose,significance,content,methods and innovations of narrative;This paper analyzes the current situation of sales talent echelon construction of NZ Company,designs the sales talent echelon construction strategy of NZ Company,and points out the sales talent echelon construction management strategy of NZ Company.The research on talent cultivation and echelon construction of NZ Company is carried out on the basis of management practice,and it is also a confirmative research practice,which is actually applied to the echelon construction of sales talents of NZ Company.Through the research and analysis on the construction scheme and implementation of sales talent echelon of NZ Company,it is of great practical significance to the construction practice of sales talent echelon of the whole plush manufacturing enterprise of the same type,which has universality in a certain range of practical activities and fills the industry gap.In this paper,by using the method of narrative NZ company set up sales talent echelon,provides employees with a fair and reasonable,competitive and orderly platform,stimulate various levels of sales staff's work enthusiasm and work enthusiasm,and through appropriate training and education to enhance the ability and quality of management,the biggest display personal ability,thus to guarantee the healthy sustainable development of the whole industry enterprises to make their due contribution for the society.
