| As China experiences rapid progress in its economic and social spheres,ecological security issues have become increasingly prominent.Currently,there is a significant problem of ecological system destruction within urban clusters in our country.The primary causes for this issue are the imbalanced structure and functional degradation of urban clusters,which impede their sustainable development.For a considerable period of time,our society has faced serious conflicts between the utilization of natural resources and the sustainable development of the ecological environment.In the face of the deteriorating ecological environment,ecological compensation has emerged as a pressing and crucial issue to be addressed in ecological theory and construction.Problems such as soil erosion,land desertification,excessive deforestation,significant reduction of ecological wetland areas,interrupted river flows,and diminishing populations of various species are all too common.Wetlands serve as the foundation for human survival and development in human activities.Currently,the ecological conditions at river confluences and headwater areas in our country are quite dire,with numerous prominent problems,particularly in impoverished mountainous regions,urban suburbs,and ecologically fragile areas.Economic development in these regions is relatively lagging,and in order to sustain their livelihoods,people are willing to sacrifice the environment for economic benefits,engaging in various forms of development and construction.Consequently,the protective functions of river water resources have weakened,soil erosion has intensified,water quality has deteriorated year after year,and this has become a significant factor influencing the sustainable development of wetland regions in terms of economy and ecology.This paper employs a combination of methods including literature analysis,case study,and conditional value assessment.It takes the promotion of ecological compensation in the tourism development of Tonghu Wetland in Caidian District,Wuhan City,Hubei Province,as the research subject,conducting in-depth research on the current situation,issues,and countermeasures of ecological compensation in wetland tourism development in our country.Specifically,it is divided into the following sections: firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of ecological compensation in the tourism development of Tonghu Wetland,summarizes relevant domestic and international literature on the origins,importance,and practical research achievements of ecological compensation in the tourism development of Tonghu Wetland,and presents the research framework of this paper.Then,it defines the relevant concepts of wetland tourism ecological compensation and elaborates on the theories and research methods that guide this study.Subsequently,it analyzes the impact of the ecological environment of Tonghu Wetland tourism and the current situation of ecological compensation,focusing on the necessity,issues,and models of ecological compensation in Tonghu Wetland.Furthermore,it presents solutions and safeguard measures from various perspectives,guided by the issues of ecological compensation in the tourism development of Tonghu Wetland.This study investigates and analyzes specific problems and contradictions that may arise during the ecological compensation process,providing a clear direction for optimizing the ecological compensation scheme in Tonghu Wetland.Based on the results of the investigation and research,it offers targeted suggestions,strategies,and safeguard measures.Additionally,by drawing lessons from relevant cases,it extracts principles for resolving conflicts between the main and objective subjects of ecological compensation,providing experiential references for the successful resolution of similar cases.Therefore,this study provides solutions for resolving conflicts and promoting the progress of urban wetland compensation work,further enriching the research achievements in the field of wetland compensation in our country,and holds certain theoretical and practical significance. |
