Study On Problems And Countermeasure Of Ecological Compensation Of Red Beach Wetland In Panjin

Wetland is not only one of the most important ecosystems in the world,but also a very important natural resource.While providing various kinds of production and living materials for human beings,it also plays a role in improving the environment and protecting species genes.Wetland ecological compensation is an important way to solve the problem of wetland externality,it can promote the protection of wetland resources and maintain the coordination and stability of regional economy and ecology.The Red Beach wetland is an important part of the wetland resources in China,which is of great economic and ecological value.In recent years,with the rapid development of regional ecotourism,the level of regional economy and the number of population are increasing.The contradiction between human and land is becoming increasingly prominent.The Red Beach wetland is facing a serious crisis of ecological environment deterioration.Therefore,the study of the ecological compensation of Red Beach wetland is very important and significant.Based on the relevant literature and theoretical research at home and abroad,the study took Panjin Red Beach wetland as the research object,using the methods of market value and entropy weight to define stakeholders of ecological compensation of Red Beach wetland,analyzed the influence factors of ecological compensation of Red Beach wetland,and estimated the ecological value of Red Beach wetland.The reasonable advice around the wetland ecological compensation standard was put forward.The results showed that the total value of wetland ecosystem services in the study area was 3.5 billion yuan,and the ecological value per unit area of wetland was about 208333.33 yuan/(hm~2·a).The adjustment coefficient of ecological value was 0.62,and the revised ecological value unit area of wetland was about 129166.67 yuan/(hm~2·a).It means that ecological compensation of Red Beach wetland at 129166.67 yuan/(hm~2·a)is more reasonable.With the development and utilization of Red Beach wetland in recent years,Red Beach wetland is facing a crisis of ecological environment deterioration to a certain extent.In order to promote the protection of wetland ecological environment of Red Beach and the sustainable development of the regional economy,it is urgent to make ecological compensation for Red Beach wetland.Combined with the actual situation of Red Beach,the suggestions of wetland ecological compensation in accordance with the local reality were put forward:to cultivate diversified ecological compensation entities in wetlands;to expand channels for ecological compensation of wetlands;to establish scientific and reasonable ecological compensation standards for wetlands;to improve wetland ecological compensation policies and regulations and establish effective supervision institutions.
