Study On Evaluation And Improvement Of Logistics Efficiency In Jiaodong Peninsula From The Perspective Of Low Carbon Economy

In recent years,the concept of "low carbon" has become the new concept of human social development,and the work of "carbon neutral,carbon peak" is one of the goals that our government is trying to achieve,so the development of a low-carbon economy is imperative.The logistics industry,as the filter and lubricant of the national economy,has an important role to play.As an important urban area in China,scholars in the Jiaodong Peninsula have not paid enough attention to the evaluation of low-carbon development and logistics efficiency in the region.Therefore,it is important to study the logistics efficiency of the Jiaodong Peninsula from the perspective of low-carbon economy,explore the problems of the logistics efficiency of the Jiaodong Peninsula,and propose feasible countermeasures accordingly for the development of the logistics industry of the Jiaodong Peninsula.This paper compares the main results and research methods of current logistics efficiency research,and analyzes the current situation of the logistics industry and related policies in the Jiaodong Peninsula under the background of low-carbon economy,and finds that the scale of the logistics industry in the Jiaodong Peninsula is expanding,and the energy consumption is slightly decreasing under the support of the policies related to low-carbon development.After that,a three-stage DEA model and Malmquist index model were applied to measure the logistics efficiency of the Jiaodong Peninsula from the perspective of low carbon economy,and the results were analyzed from several perspectives.The results of the three-stage DEA efficiency calculation show that the overall logistics efficiency of the Jiaodong Peninsula is overestimated due to environmental factors,and although the efficiency level of the logistics industry is higher than the average level of Shandong Province,it is still far from the frontier of the industry.Technological progress has the greatest impact.It is found that the dual influence of scale efficiency and insufficient technological innovation leads to the low overall efficiency of the logistics industry in the Jiaodong Peninsula as a whole,and the input resources are not reasonably allocated for use.Finally,using the camp force system theory,we analyze the factors influencing the efficiency of the logistics industry in the Jiaodong Peninsula from four aspects: industrial demand pull,factor supply push,foundation support,development environment guarantee,and coupling and coordination.Combining the characteristics of logistics in the Jiaodong Peninsula,this paper proposes the following countermeasures:(1)the improvement of the regional economic development level helps expand the industrial demand of the logistics industry and attracts high-quality production factor resources;(2)The level of technology and information technology is the basic support force for the development of logistics industry;(3)managerial talent is one of the important factors of production and the main factor affecting the pure technical efficiency of logistics;(4)the Jiaodong Peninsula needs to comply with the environment in the development of logistics industry to implement the green and low-carbon development of logistics industry;(5)the efficient development of logistics industry needs the coupling and coordination of logistics resources.
