An Analysis Of The Impact Of Regional Logistics System On Regional Economy And Environment

The study of regional logistics performance involves the economic elements,environmental factors and logistics elements.Firstly,this paper constructs an alternative set of regional logistics performance evaluation from these three aspects,and then uses the relevant degree and correlation degree to test these indexes,thus eliminating the three categories of irrelevant indicators.In order to better grasp the status of the development of logistics in Beijing,with the help of S curve,the Logistic function model was used to fit the relationship between them,the study shows that the two are in the BX development stage,the logistics industry for each 1% increase to bring 0.826% GDP growth in Beijing,and the former development rate is higher than the latter.Through the marginal analysis,it is found that the contribution of the 1 units of regional logistics growth for GDP is 13.851 billion yuan.The paper puts energy and environmental factors into the study for the study overall development of logistics.The performance of logistics in Beijing from 2005 to 2014 is analyzed by means of DEA-BCC input-oriented and its output-oriented model.only in 2011 to achieve comprehensive logistics technology efficiency is effective in a relatively optimal production state from the output point of view.Regional logistics in 2005-2008 is in increasing scale stage,and in 2012-2014 is in the stage of diminishing scale.The lowest technical efficiency of comprehensive logistics in 2009 is 0.799 and the scale efficiency is 1,so pure technology is the root cause of the invalid the DMU,through the projection analysis,the first principal component of the insufficient output rate as high as 26%,second component output deficiency rate is as high as 25%,thus logistics resource utilization ratio is relatively low.Using DEA-Malmquist model to analyze the dynamic efficiency of logistics for the logistics progress shows that the TFP-change of logistics is only related to the technical progress index in Beijing.Logistics technology in 2014 is better than it in 2013.Finally,the paper compares the dynamic efficiency of logistics in Beijing city in 2013-2014,and found that the logistics efficiency compared with other parts of the country is at the medium level in Beijing.
