| The construction of a dual prevention mechanism of "risk grading control and hidden danger investigation and governance" is a major strategic requirement put forward by China for industries prone to serious accidents.Due to the special operating environment,risk management in the coal mining face has always been regarded as a top priority.In view of this,this thesis takes the risk of coal mining face as the research object,Based on barrier theory,improved bow-tie analysis method was used to identify,evaluate and manage coal mining face risks.It is of great significance for the construction of dual prevention mechanism and the improvement of risk management level in coal mines.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)By studying the causal mechanism of accidents,the basic source of barrier theory is revealed,according to correlation analysis of barrier theory and Bow-tie model,Using the Bow-tie model as an application model for barrier theory,The traditional Bow-tie model is improved by combining the four elements of "human,machine,environment and management".The improved Bow-tie model based on Barrier theory is applied to the risk management of coal face.(2)According to the statistics of accident types and hazard source analysis of coal mining face,the main risks existing in coal mining face are divided into seven categories:roof risk,gas risk,coal dust risk,flood risk,fire risk,mechanical and electrical transportation risk and occupational health risk.Using the improved Bow-tie analysis method to identify and analyze seven types of risks,at the same time,seven types of risks are used as the target layer,according to the improved Bow-tie model primary selection risk evaluation index,the whitening weight function in grey statistical theory is used to screen out the optimal indicators for various types of risk evaluation,and finally the evaluation index system of seven types of risks is determined according to the principle of index construction.(3)The interval hierarchy analysis method and the set pair analysis method are used to empower each index,and the uncertainty of the interval is used to minimize the influence of subjective weight.according to the principle of connection degree and maximum set potential in the set pair analysis theory,the risk level is determined,and finally the risk evaluation model of the coal mining face is constructed.The evaluation model was applied to 12810 working face of Yun Jialing coal mine,It is calculated that the Roof risk and occupational health risk of 12810 working face belong to Class I low risk,gas risk and electromechanical transport risk are in Class II general risk.To provide quantitative analysis basis for risk grading management and control by determining various risk levels.(4)The construction promotion model of the dual prevention mechanism based on the barrier theory was constructed,and the model was applied to the 12810 coal mining face to achieve risk hierarchical management and control and hidden danger troubleshooting and governance,provide suggestions for promoting the construction efficiency of the dual prevention mechanism,which is of great significance for improving the level of coal mine safety management. |
