Study On Safety Risk Management Optimization Of Coal Mine A In Guizhou

With the development of global economy,coal resources,as the main energy resources,play a very important role in economic development.China,in particular,now ranks first among the world’s coal energy demanders.Although China’s coal mining industry started late,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the coal mining industry has become the main source of energy in China.As an important energy industry in China,the safety problems of coal mine industry have been improved after the introduction of a series of management systems,but safety accidents are still frequent.Therefore,the state organizes and carries out three-year safety rectification actions to improve the attention of enterprises to safety production,so as to further reduce the frequency of safety accidents.This paper takes coal mine A in the coal mine industry as the research object,selects the research direction of coal mine safety risk management,and finally puts forward a practical solution for coal mine A.In terms of risk identification,starting from the actual situation of coal mine A,from the analysis of accident causes,the main causes of historical accidents in coal mine A are analyzed in detail.Then the big data analysis method is used to objectively identify the main factors affecting the safety risk of coal mine A from the existing coal mine data,it also analyzes the characteristics of the identified risk factors,and finally lists the risk list.In terms of risk evaluation,the professional score table of each risk factor is obtained by inviting experts to score,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by using entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis to sort the risk factors,so as to find out the risk factors that have a great impact on the safety risk of coal mine A.In terms of risk control,using the analysis results of risk factors in risk identification and the final results obtained in risk evaluation,combined with the accident control theory 4M method of ergonomics and the theoretical knowledge of safety management and risk management,this paper puts forward the solutions and corresponding guarantee measures in line with the actual situation of coal mine A,it is expected that the effective implementation of the scheme can help coal mine A achieve the safety management objectives and safety standardization grade evaluation.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the optimization of safety risk management of small and medium-sized coal mining enterprises in Guizhou Province.
