In recent years,although the growth rate of coal consumption has slowed down,it still plays a dominant role in China's primary energy production and consumption structure.At the same time,the safety status of China's coal mines has not been very good change,safety accidents are still common,safety is still the top priority.The safety risk management in risk management has been applied in petrochemical,nuclear energy,military industry,navigation and aviation industries for many years,but it has only been applied in China's coal mine safety risk management in recent years.In addition,the research on production safety risk management of coal mines in China started relatively late,and the relevant research process of safety risk management was nearly half a century later than that of advanced countries in the world,with relatively weak theoretical basis.This paper takes coal mine safety risk management as the research object,adopts literature analysis method and investigation method,and carries out a series of work such as risk identification,index system establishment,safety risk evaluation model construction and case verification on the basis of relevant literature research and field investigation.The main research work is as follows:1.The research status of coal mine safety risk management at home and abroad is analyzed and commented,and the related concepts of risk,risk management and safety risk management and the common technologies and tools used for risk analysis are studied.Due to the characteristics of coal mine safety risk and the fuzziness of human thinking,this study chooses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process as the evaluation method to build a coal mine safety risk evaluation model based on FAHP.2.In the research of coal mine production process,the common risk source in the process of production in coal mine,the common risk factors of coal mine safety classification standard,the characteristics of the coal mine safety risk and the causes of the coal mine safety accidents,on the basis of through literature review,expert interview and field investigation of coal mine safety risk identification,safety risk identification list was established.3.The concept and method of risk estimation and risk assessment are introduced,and the risk response,coping strategies and risk monitoring are summarized.Based on the risk identification list,the main safety risk influencing factors are selected,and the coal mine safety risk evaluation index system is constructed,including 6 first-level indexes and 32 second-level indexes,and each index is explained.4.Take Matigou coal mine as an example to conduct an empirical study.Conclusions:(1)Coal mine safety risk factors are summarized as personnel,environment,equipment,management,culture and information safety risk factors.(2)The coal mine safety risk evaluation index system was further enriched and improved,providing basis and data information for follow-up research.(3)Taking Matigou coal mine as an example,the weight value of different risk factors and the overall safety degree of the coal mine are determined,providing a basis for the development of coal mine safety risk response plan.Prospects:(1)Coal mine production safety risk evaluation index system needs to be optimized and improved.(2)When applying the paste analytic hierarchy process to evaluate risks,scientific methods should be used for data processing to weaken the influence of experts' subjective factors on the evaluation results.
