Study On The Present Situation And Promotion Strategy Of Deepening Green Development In Jiawang District

With the continuous development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,environmental protection has gradually come into the public’s view and become the most concerned topic besides food,clothing,housing and transportation.As the birthplace of Xuzhou coal industry,Jiawang District has a coal mining history of more than 120 years.The resources have been nearly exhausted,and the environment has also been greatly damaged.The cost of resources and environment accompanying economic development has become a burden for the development of Jiawang District.Faced with the pressure of transformation,Jiawang District has learned from the bitter experience and embarked on a path of ecological restoration.Green development has achieved certain results.Therefore,as a research sample for deepening green development,Jiawang District has a strong typicality and demonstration both in terms of historical logic and practical development.Based on the actual situation of Jiawang District,in combination with the national,provincial and municipal economic development planning,following the relevant theory of green development,the study obtained first-hand information on ecological transformation,industrial transformation,urban transformation and social transformation in Jiawang District by means of field research visits,consulting yearbook files,etc.Starting from the relevant theory,connotation and evaluation criteria of green development,combined with the current situation and future prospects of regional economic and social development,the effective measures for green development in Jiawang District are listed,and the achievements achieved are affirmed.However,Jiawang District has encountered many difficulties in the process of transformation and development.The study also analyzed the weaknesses of these problems,including the pain of economic development,the slow withdrawal of traditional industries,the lack of green development demonstration,and so on.There are many inducing factors for these practical dilemmas.There are differences in the level of public cognition,such as the practice deviation caused by the local government’s failure to clarify the connotation of the green development concept,and the lack of cooperation caused by the lack of recognition and recognition of the green development concept by enterprises and the masses;There is also a lack of market driven mechanism,such as few scientific and technological innovation industries,poor platform role,and weak industry university research drive;In addition,traditional development momentum still has some inertia,low risk scattered pollution and other issues are tackled in a unified way,and the new tourism industry is passively upgraded.Further discussed the feasibility and necessity of deepening the concept of green development in Jiawang District.After the analysis of these constraints,tried to put forward breakthrough paths and strategies,respectively from the aspects of increasing publicity and education,giving play to government guidance,creating typical demonstration,etc.,to comprehensively promote the improvement of public awareness,cultivate market driven ability,highlight the effectiveness of green development,etc.,so as to find a sustainable green development path for Jiawang District.
