Economic Evaluation Study Of Environment Impact In Reservoir Resources Development Process

Reservoir resource has become the lifeline of the national economy, during creatingeconomic benefits to the society; it also caused environmental pollution, so study onenvironmental pollution in the reservoir resource development process has become a hot issue.Presently, few researchers studied economic evaluation of environmental impact during thereservoir resources development, especially the question that the environmental damagetranslates into the monetary measurement was the biggest technical diiffculty encountered.This article took the question of environment impact in reservoir resources developmentprocess as a breakthrough point, at the same time, it insisted on pirnciple of humanity,standing in the position that the public has a right to know the environment condition, and tookthe economic evaluation of the lesion of population health and resource depletion as theresearch object, which was environmental pollution producing in reservoir resourcesdevelopment process. First of all, using the theory and method of reservoir developmentengineering, it analyzed the mechanism of pollution in reservoir resource development processby adopting the engineering analysis method; On this basis, the economic evaluation of theenvironmental impact in reservoir resource development process was divided into two partswhich were loss value of population health and value of resource depletion by using the theoryand method of system engineeirng, and then built a framework that the economic evaluation ofenvironment impact in reservoir resources development process; Then taking the economicevaluation theory as guidance, the paper came up with the technical route to calculate theeconomic evaluation of environment impact in reservoir resources development process.Finally, taking Yanchang oilifeld which was in Northern Shanxi as an example, and accordingto the framework of the economic evaluation of environment impact in reservoir resourcesdevelopment process, the paper submitted the quantitative analysis method and qualitativeanalysis method, and convert non monetary of environment impact in reservoir resourcesdevelopment process to monetary amount, so it was the first to calculate the environmentimpact in reservoir resources development process of Yanchang oilfield At last the papercomes to conclusion that Yanchang oilifeld have made great contributions to the local social,economic development in the development process, at the same time, it also produce a certain amount of environmental pollution, besides,the government should give more support incorresponding policy to of oilifeld enterprises.
