Study On Green Transformation And Development Of Oil And Gas Resource-Based Enterprises In Xinjiang

Resource-based regions have long relied on resource advantages to formulate development strategies.While bringing economic development,more negative effects have gradually emerged,and problems such as economic growth stagnation,environmental degradation and insufficient capacity for sustainable development have generally emerged.After the founding of China,Xinjiang,as a frontier region,has a shortage of qualified personnel and a weak industrial base.Only"relying on advantageous oil resources"can serve as a local development strategy to promote local economic.As a result of long-term implementation of this strategy,Xinjiang’s carbon dioxide per unit of GDP,SO₂ and other wastes are much higher than the national average level,the industrial structure is extremely unbalanced,high-tech industries lag behind other areas,and their own capacity for sustainable development is weakened.with more attention is paid to the eco-environment construction,green development and sustainable development Driven by the strategy all over the country,it becomes more and more urgent for the oil and gas resource dependent enterprises in Xinjiang to realize the green transformation and development.Therefore,it is of important theoretical and practical significance to explore the ecological network system,the transitional driving mechanism and the green transformation ability of the resource dependent enterprises.This research starts from the general idea of finding problems,analyzing problems,measuring problems and solving problems.Based on the research of scholars’concepts and theories about the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and the transformation and upgrading of resource-dependent enterprises,so that this research frame could be proposed.By analyzing the economic performance evaluation of the development of resource-dependent enterprises in Xinjiang,which shows that oil and gas resource-based enterprises make an important contribution to the economic development of Xinjiang which is due to the earlier exploitation of oil and gas resources and the unique natural resource conditions in oil and natural gas,Indicating the importance of its development.However,its overall performance evaluation shows that the negative effects of the development of such enterprises on the regional environment have increased,the energy consumption per unit of output and water consumption have been on a high level,and the socio-economic efficiency has been declining.By adopting It is found that the industrial structure has the greatest impact on the green development of Xinjiang,followed by the level of energy conservation and emission reduction,again the level of social green management,and finally the awareness of social green environmental protection,indicating that"the petroleum superiority resources Although it has made a positive contribution to the economic and social development in Xinjiang,its negative externalities on the development of regional green development have led to the inevitable trend of green transformation in related enterprises.According to the research on the dynamic mechanism of the green transformation and development of Xinjiang’s oil and gas-dependent enterprises Competitive Industry Development which shows the government has a strong impetus to promote its green transformation because of its behavior and strict green development of industrial policies of enterprises,the undertaking of green environmental protection and the establishment of a good public image.Through the green transformation capability and cooperation of Xinjiang oil and gas resource-dependent enterprises,the research on the influencing factors of innovation performance shows that the key to the success or failure of green transformation of Xinjiang oil and gas resource enterprises lies in the acquisition of transformation ability.Xinjiang oil and gas resource enterprises,due to their current situation and characteristics,lack of core competence of green transformation and limited independent innovation ability,based on the evolutionary game analysis of cooperative technological innovation between enterprises and enterprises（universities and research institutes）,it shows that cooperative technological innovation is conducive to building a green transformation of enterprises And analyzes the influencing factors of the cooperative innovation performance through the empirical analysis.In addition to the cooperation motivation of the enterprises,the government policy factors have a great influence,which shows that the government plays a greater role in building the transformation capability of resource-based enterprises.The typical oil and gas resources case studies of green transformation of enterprises also show that cooperative technological innovation helps to promote the transformation and transformation of this type of enterprises.On the basis of the above research and analysis,this paper puts forward policy suggestions from the government and enterprises on the green transformation of Xinjiang’s oil and gas-dependent enterprises:strengthening supervision and policy guidance,giving consideration to economic development and ecological protection;insisting on scientific and technological innovation and market-driven;balancing resource development and industrial structure;increase investment in scientific research,promote green transformation of enterprises through technological innovation,take advantage of the development opportunities of the"Belt and Road"and carry out international cooperation.The possible innovation point of this paper is to analyze the driving mechanism of green transition of this type of enterprise and the relationship between cooperative technological innovation and the core competence of green transition of Xinjiang oil and gas resource-dependent enterprises through the analysis of eco-network system of Xinjiang oil and gas resource-dependent enterprises,Resource-dependent enterprises restructuring ability to obtain organizational forms-cooperation in technological innovation and its influencing factors for the sustainable development of resource-based enterprises to provide a reference model;the limitations of the study is due
