| With the constant development of our economy,the acceleration of urbanization and the living standard of the residents.Year by year,the amount of city household garbage is increasing rapidly,Garbage sieges are becoming more and more common.We must strengthen the level of waste management to ensure the sustainable development of cities.Our country has issued some laws and regulations but receive little results.Relevant enterprises have begun to classify and recycle household garbage in order to purse the economic value contained in city household garbage,however,recycling enterprises have not formed a good recycling system,residents’ awareness of garbage classification is weak,the enthusiasm of relevant enterprise is low,it’s necessary to carry out the research of household garbage classification and recycling to solve these problems and reduce waste of resources and environmental pollution.This paper is aim at construction of our country city household garbage and recycling supply chain model,supply chain incentive problem.In order to provide some reference for the government and related enterprises when making decisions.This paper constructs a reverse supply chain model composed of manufacturers,recyclers and residents,matlab simulation and stackelberg game used in the research process,at first,studying the reverse supply chain model without government subsidy is studied.Then,other things being equal,add variable government subsidy,study the incentive effect of government subsidy on supply chain.Finally,comparing the size of each parameter in the two case,seek the best subsidy object.The conclusions drawn in this paper are: government subsidies can stimulate the supply chain of garbage classification and recycling,if government subsidies to all participants are equal,when subsidizing recycles,the amount of garbage collected and the total benefit of the supply chain are the largest.Therefore,the government can subsidize the participants of garbage classification and recycling to some extent. |
