Research On Decision-making Of Waste Plastics Closed-loop Supply Chain Considering The Dual Factors Of Government And Consumers

Waste plastic is an important resource of recycling economy,recycling waste plastic is one of the important ways of energy conservation and emission reduction.However,due to the low awareness of the importance of waste plastic recycling and the residents' awareness of recycling,and the diversity of plastic types and the complexity of collection,separation and regeneration steps,the recycling rate of waste plastic in China is low,which not only wastes resources but also seriously endangers human health and living environment.In this paper,the construction of closed-loop and reverse supply chain model of waste plastics,government subsidies and incentive contracts are studied,and suggestions are made for promoting the recycling of waste plastics.First of all,this paper studies the closed-loop supply chain model composed of plastic product manufacturers,retailers and third-party waste plastic recyclers under the condition that the quality function recognition degree and environmental quality of recycled plastic products will affect consumers' purchase demand.It is found that the improvement of recycled plastic product quality and environmental quality can increase the sales volume of recycled plastic products High sales price and wholesale price,while the sales price and sales volume of new plastic products will be reduced,and government subsidies for recycled plastic products have a similar effect.In terms of environmental impact,if recycled plastic products are environmentally friendly,government subsidies can optimize the environment,otherwise,subsidies will worsen the environment.Secondly,the closed-loop supply chain model under the government reward and punishment mechanism is constructed considering the consumer strategy recycling behavior,and the optimal decision-making analysis under the reward and punishment mechanism is studied.It is found that the reward and punishment mechanism can improve the recovery rate of waste plastic,reduce the batch price and sales price of plastic products and recycled plastic products.Finally,the paper constructs a closed-loop supply chain model with the participation of the government under the decision-making of the endogenous government decision-making,under the revenue sharing contract between the manufacturers and recyclers,and analyzes the optimal amount of government subsidies.The higher the cost of new plastic products,the higher the cost of wasteplastic treatment,the higher the government subsidies,the higher the efficiency of waste plastic energy recovery,the lower the government subsidies.In addition,government subsidies can increase the profit sharing ratio of incentive contracts,increase the recycling efforts of waste plastic recyclers,and improve the recycling rate of waste plastic.This paper fully considers the influence of consumers and government in the decision-making of closed-loop supply chain,and provides suggestions for promoting the recycling of waste plastics in China.In the future,we can further study from the aspects of consumer heterogeneity,technical factors and mixed incentive contracts.
