| From the current market situation of textile equipment,most ofthe machines pay more attention to the rich function,but ignore the appearance of the design,the two can not coordinate with each other,let alone promote each other.Although the current textile machinery on the market can basically meet the needs of production,but in the shape of the image is not satisfactory.How to maintain the original function on the basis of creating a more refined textile machinery is a problem that needs to be considered.Through the analysis of the modeling and function of the market setting machine,the various attributes are mixed and redesigned to meet the needs of enterprise users and modeling needs.This study introduces the status quo of textile machinery industry at home and abroad,and at the same time,in-depth investigation of the industry,dig out the problems existing in the design of domestic textile machinery.In addition,this paper expounds the coordination between the shape and function of mechanical products,and establishes the basic argument of textile machinery design.The feature enumeration analysis method is used to find the breakthrough point in the design of spinning machine equipment.This study took the molding machine as the design object,and found in the analysis that the shape and internal structure are the key elements of mechanical product design.After referring to the mature design cases at home and abroad,the molding elements of the molding machine are studied,and on this basis to build a morphological characteristic model,in order to deduce the external modeling characteristics of the new design machine.External shape characteristics of the mechanical product were analyzed,and the model selection method,and around the letters to each product the whole and part of the functional design,coordination and ease of use,detailed instructions on the combination of the relationship between these three,at the same time to improve and optimize design process,to balance the relationship between the external form and internal structure.Finally,the project also carried out design practice,applying the above theory and model to the design of TWINAIR989 setting machine,and practiced industry-university-research cooperation with Hong Kong**Dyeing and Finishing Co.,LTD.After discussion and communication with a large number of technical personnel,finally came up with the design scheme of this setting machine.From the research results,the design not only enhanced the molding machine’s external level,but also enriched the function of the molding machine,so that its overall level on the original basis formed a qualitative leap.Mechanical equipment plays an important role in China’s equipment industry,with the continuous expansion of output value and indispensable position in the field of production and manufacturing[1].From the point of view of customer demand,this paper puts forward a new design method for the appearance design of mechanical equipment setting machine to optimize the appearance design.Organic combination of man-machine performance and appearance modeling function with existing technical parameter level[2].Ensure functional and visual design to achieve functional man-machine and aesthetic customer requirements.In this research design,the structure of the molding machine and the external shape of the product is well combined to consider,improve the overall performance of this product.At the same time,shape grammar,enumerative analysis and other research methods are used to study the relationship between shape characteristics and product functions,which successfully solves the original problem that the two elements are difficult to fit in,and further provides a new idea for the production design of textile machinery,and increases the practicality ofmechanical products. |
