This study mainly explores the new methods of modeling design of textile machinery from the perspective of green design through analyzing the development of green design application both at home and abroad, and the current development of textile machinery design.Through comprehensive study, the author have found that green design concepts are widely applied and integrated with textile machinery technology. However, studies on application of green concepts to textile machinery designs are far from completeness,so studies from this aspect will not only explore new design ideas for textile machinery development but also follow the trend of current green development in industrial manufacture sector,so as to inject new energy and increase market competitiveness for the green development of textile machinery. In this study, design practices of specific machines are carried out through the analysis of the design direction of textile machinery modeling elements and effectively sorting out the specific application methods and design processes. Then the significance of this thesis will be proved from the perspective of environment and design itself by ensuring the integrity of the design and research process.Focusing on the core 3R principles of green design, this thesis mainly analyzes the application relationship between the 3R principles and various elements of textile machinery modeling to figure out specific application methods. This thesis studies the application of specific designs by using various design principles and methods, such as market survey method, formal beauty law,and morphological analysis method. It aims to show the feasibility of this study from the aspects of reducing wasting of resources, improving design efficiency, and perfecting design process. The design object of this study is XFH type small fearnought machine in the training equipment improvement project of Beijing Gaogeng Media Company.Under the guidance of 3R principles, this thesis aims to get improved designs in terms of form, color and materials considering the differences and similarities of XFH type small fearnought machine and textile machinery. |
