| Electric power equipment is the basic strategic product to promote the sustainable and healthy development of national economy and realize the stable supply of energy.Its development is in the critical period of intelligent manufacturing transformation and design-driven innovation.The electric power safety mobile testing platform,as an integrated equipment equipped with a variety of electric power equipment safety performance testing equipment,has significant advantages such as high detection efficiency,wide application range and strong mobility.However,in the actual design and research and development process,there are some problems,such as mismatch between demand and effectiveness,product modeling homogenization and weak brand power.How to use the effective industrial design theory and method to solve the existing problems of the electric power safety mobile detection platform so as to improve the product identification degree and optimize the product structure is the research focus and goal of this paper.In this paper,based on the horizontal topic,under the guidance of the actual needs,from the perspective of diachronic and synchronic product development,using the shape grammar theory and related methods to carry out the innovative design research of electric power safety mobile detection platform.Firstly,the literature research method is used to analyze the product data,and the related needs of the industry and enterprises are obtained through field research.The user needs are analyzed and sorted out from the qualitative and quantitative perspectives by combining the user interview,KJ method and analytic hierarchy process,so as to clarify the design level and research focus.Secondly,based on the existing theories,the innovative design process of electric power safety mobile detection platform based on shape grammar is proposed.Thirdly,from the perspectives of diachronic and synchronic,the inheritance image of brand products and the innovation image of industrial products are acquired respectively,and the inheritance and innovation morphological characteristics mapped by the corresponding images are transformed.By analyzing the homomorphic products from two angles,the representative morphological characteristics corresponding to the specific image of the product are obtained,and the important levels of each component of the product are clarified.Finally,a number of innovative design schemes of product shape were formed by using shape grammar to determine the optimization direction of product functional structure and material process according to the needs,and the final design scheme was determined by perceptual image evaluation.Based on the theory of shape grammar,the design process of electric power safety mobile detection platform based on shape grammar is formed by combining diachronic and synchronic methods.The design process can effectively guide the acquisition of sustainable design language and the serialization design of product modeling style,realize the comprehensive improvement of the electric power safety mobile detection platform in form,painting,function,structure and man-machine operation,and generate a brand design scheme with outstanding style image.Thus solving the existing problems in the design and development of electric power safety mobile detection platform provides method guidance and practical reference for the design of similar products. |
