Common Design Of Textile Machinery And Equipment Morphology System

In recent years,China's textile machine industry has developed rapidly,but there are many problems in the shape of textile machine equipment,such as low identification,complex appearance,and the lack of integrity of the image of the same brand of series products,the main reasons are that the related designers of textile machinery enterprises have insufficient knowledge of industrial design theories,blind design methods of the overall image of products and lack of standardization in the design process.With this as the starting point,the research content of common design of textile mechanical equipment morphological system is put forward.The purpose of this paper is to explore the common expression design of different product forms of textile machine enterprises based on the common elements so as to realize the integrity of their product forms.Through investigation and analysis,the paper found the problems of textile machine products,In view of the problem,the importance of enterprise brand image and the relationship between product form design are explained,and discuss how to improve the essence elements in the establishment of brand image,on this basis,analyze the common expression factors of products,and clarify the content of common design elements and the influencing factors;taking the mature brand products as a sample,through the commonality analysis of its products,it is concluded that the textile machinery enterprises can learn from and refer to the equipment design process,then,combining the aesthetic theory and emotional characteristics,the elements in the common design of textile machinery equipment morphological system are analyzed;finally,the key equipment of Qingdao Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd.was combined for common design,and use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the design plan,and demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of the common design to improve the integrity of the product image.Through the subject research,it can use the common design thinking to establish the common relationship between different product form elements,so as to enhance the integrity of enterprise product image,and provide theoretical and practical significance for the overall design of textile machine enterprise product form reference.
