Research On Appearance Design Of Bathroom Product Based On Shape Grammar

Based on the background of industrial design engineering,the theory of shape grammar is applied to the appearance design of bathroom products,which enriching the design concept and method of bathroom products to a certain extent,and expanding the appearance design theory of bathroom products;The shape grammar design concept is combined with the data of ergonomics to complete the design of bathroom products.It provides theoretical support and theoretical basis for the research on the appearance design of bathroom products,making a certain attempt for the appearance design practice of bathroom products,and providing a brand-new design idea for the later design.In this process,it also completes the exploration and verification of different application ways of shape grammar,which is,in the design,weakening the brand effect and the concept of serial design.Through the element analysis of the existing product appearance and design method,the product appearance meeting the needs of consumers and users is obtained.Through the use of shape grammar design steps related to the appearance of bathroom products design analysis and research,generating the appearance of relevant bathroom products design scheme,the steps are: first,the shape grammar of the main eight shape rules are analyzed and studied including the generative rules that add and delete,replacement rules,modification rules that zoom,mirror,copy,rotate,miscut rule;Secondly,it introduces the design application steps of shape grammar into the appearance design of bathroom products,and adjusts the applicability of the design application steps to a certain extent;Then,according to the design steps of shape grammar in bathroom products,it carries out shape grammar design deduction for the appearance design of bathroom products,such as toilet,bathtub,wash basin and clean body.The appearance of the basin implements the shape rules and combines with the corresponding ergonomics data to generate the corresponding design scheme;Finally,according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the mathematical analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the generated design scheme are carried out to obtain the best appearance design scheme of bathroom products.
