With the accelerated development of urbanization in China,a huge demand for home building materials in the national market,including sanitary ware products,has come under increasing,and the customer demand is diversified.As a well-known brand in the sanitary ware industry in China,RT Company has been exposed to such problems as low production efficiency,serious on-site waste and weak basic management during its production and operation in recent years.Through field research and data collection and analysis,this paper takes the water valve assembly workshop of RT Company,which has the most types of operating products,as the research object,studies the problems existing in the operating process of the workshop,and formulates targeted optimization schemes.The main work results are as follows:First of all,on the basis of the research status of process optimization at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation of workshop value stream as the entry point,and sets out the existing problems of workshop,such as low value-added ratio,inventory overstocking,unreasonable layout and chaos of the operation site.Then,using5W1 H question method and ECRS principle and other industrial engineering related theories,the water valve assembly process are analyzed in detail,the causes of the bottleneck and improving measures are discussed,optimize the assembly process,improve the value stream increment ratio,at the same time,through the establishment of stock grading management mode,combined with the pull production way can solve the problem of inventory backlog.Subsequently,in view of the chaos and crowding of the workshop site environment,the paper used 6S management to score the site,gradually optimized the frame site environment,and provided a clean,tidy,standardized and orderly working environment for the company and workers.Finally,the Flexsim simulation model was established to conduct online simulation of the optimization scheme.According to the actual production,the parameters of each entity were set and analyzed and verified from the perspectives of processing rate,idle rate and assembly volume: After improvement,in the same 28800 s,the assembly volume increased from 14603 pieces to 14636 pieces in the initial model operation,the processing rate increased to more than 80%,and the idle rate was controlled below 10%.At the same time,the processing rate is increased to more than80%,the idle rate is controlled below 10%,and the operation time of the improved bottleneck process is reduced to 34.6% of the original time,indicating that the implementation of the scheme can significantly improve the operation efficiency of the assembly line.In this paper,basic industrial engineering and simulation model are combined to optimize the operation process of the assembly shop,improve the production status of RT company,and provide theoretical and practical reference for the optimization of the assembly process of other products in the production shop of the enterprise.
