With the continuous improvement of social productivity and the great enrichment of social materials,people's consumption concept and lifestyles have changed significantly.Consumers' consumption value has shifted from singular material demand to diversified material demand.They have continuously raised requirements for product quality,cost,delivery,etc.,and all industries are facing unprecedented challenges and pressures.In the face of tremendous pressure for survival,many companies in China have followed Toyota's theory and applied the theory of lean production to the production process of enterprises in order to expand their market share and achieve sustainable development by increasing productivity and reducing waste.The study found that lean production is an advanced management method suitable for manufacturing enterprises,but there are few studies on lean production in the chemical industry.This article takes a specific chemical enterprise as an example,and uses value stream analysis as the main tool to explore the detailed methods and steps of JH's implementation of lean production,and find a way for other chemical companies to implement lean production.This paper starts from the relevant theories of lean production and value stream analysis,combined with the actual situation of JH company,collects data information through field observation,internal interviewi and on-site measurement,and summarizes the production status,workshop layout and process flow of JH company and carries out the detailed analysis;then through the value stream analysis,the problems existing in the current production of the enterprise are found out,and the relevant theoretical models are compared,from five aspects proposes specific measure on lean improvement including on-site management,rational arrangement of equipment,cultivation of multi-skilled operators,formulation of standardization operations and total quality management.Finally,it analyses the expected results of inventory capacity and corporate culture,which can provide a reference for lean manufacturing in chemical companies.
