Company M is one of the first domestic brands manufacturer of color contact lens products in China.Since 2007,it has built its own offline retail channels,specializing in colored contact lenses.In recent years,the competition in color contact lens market has become increasingly fierce,and there have also been many problems in the internal organization of Company M.The market share of its products has decreased,and its turnover has decreased.According to the actual situation of Company M,this paper aims to improve the sales echelon construction of Company M,discusses the problems existing in the echelon construction of Company M,and proposes an optimization plan for the construction of sales talent echelon according to the company’s current situation,so as to enhance the employees’ s competitiveness of Company M.In this article,we first sort out and check the current situation of human resources and echelon construction of Company M.Through a questionnaire survey of all sales team members,as well as interviews with sales leaders,regional sales managers,store managers,and employees in various positions,it is found that there are problems such as talented employees shortages,vague standards of employees and job evaluation,and employees training unsatisfactory effect,unclear career development and promotion path,and imperfect compensation incentive mechanism.Aiming at the problem of the echelon construction of the sales team of Company M,the corresponding solutions are put forward in combination with the background of Company M.First,build the Company M’s sales position competency model and improve the job description.The second is to integrate the competency model into the selection,cultivation,employment and retention of echelon construction.Third,establish a sales team training system,and establish a sales team curriculum structure and system.Fourth,formulate the sales team assessment and promotion system,and define the development path.Fifth,optimize and enrich the compensation and incentive methods of the sales team.Improve the construction of the talent system of the sales team in Company M to form a virtuous talent cycle.Promote talent output to actively promote business expansion and breakthroughs,improve the company’s competitiveness,and form a moat for corporate human resources.
