Researches On Strategies For Improving Management Of Logistics Service Providers In H Company

Chemical industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy.And dangerous goods logistics is the key point and aporia of the development of chemical industry.Because the transportation of chemical raw materials and products needs professional chemical logistics,furthermore,with the development of social economy and promotion of industries,the domestic transport volume of chemical industry gets bigger.Because of the managerial problems and hidden danger in dangerous goods logistics,more industry policies have been announced,tougher regulations have been placed.As a Chemical production enterprise,H company considers cooperating with third-party logistics because of restrictive policies and keen competition in chemical industry market.According to the relevant laws and policies on hazardous chemical goods,H company promotes "strong safety" and "benefit promotion" through third-party logistics.Therefore,the evaluation and assessment of the third party logistics is an urgent problem to be solved for H company at present.This article is based on the facts that H Company has imbalanced demands for product transportation volume,that its shipment quantities fluctuate greatly,that rush orders are in the majority in its shipment plans and require logistics transportation capacity to respond quickly,that the original logistics providers of H Company cannot meet business requirements from H Company in the management system from entrance selection evaluation to management assessment evaluation,that it affects product flows and delivery,and that it has the direct bearing on product sales volume and market competitiveness of the company.On the basis of current situations and problems in logistics of H Company,the author of this article takes H Company as the research object to study entrance selection evaluation of logistics service providers for hazardous chemical substances in chemical companies as well as establishment of logistics provider management assessment evaluation system.Firstly,the author collects,organizes,analyzes and studies materials related to this article from home and abroad to provide basis and theoretical assurance for theories in this article.Secondly,the author analyzes problems in logistics of H Company to come up with reasonable evaluation indexes for entrance qualification selection of third-party logistics providers of H Company through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)matrix analysis and put forward third-party logistics management assessment index evaluation system through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and in combination with criterion matrixes and index matrixes required for management of H Company with regard to problems of H Company in third-party logistics management.By means of practical operability and effects of supplier entrance qualification selection evaluation and management assessment of H Company,the author establishes indexes for entrance qualification selection evaluation and management assessment of third-party logistics providers for hazardous chemical substances suitable for H Company so as to solve problems in entrance selection evaluation and assessment of logistics providers for chemical products and hazardous chemical substances in H Company and achieve management objectives of operating securely,improving quality and efficiency,serving customers,and promoting overall competitiveness of H Company.
