From recent decades,along with entrance of foreign chemical giant to China and development of economic integration,China has been the world’s largest chemical country,which also bring rapid growth of domestic chemical logistics.In order to win in the fierce competition and built core competitiveness,Chinese local chemical manufacturers need strong supplying ability.This goal asks chemical manufacturers enhance logistics management on the premise of ensuring safety and environmental protection,so that to improve customer satisfaction.This paper made D chemical company as research object,which is a leading chemical manufacturer in related field in China and has certain position in global market,processing from D chemical company’s logistics’ size,characters and current situation,find out it’s logistics problem.This paper use theory of logistics management,supplier management and project management,combining author’s working experience in this company,put forward logistics improvement solution.In the part of logistics management procedure optimization,this paper shows an actually happened logistics case,through comparison before and after logistics procedure project-oriented optimization,it proves this improvement scheme indeed enhanced customer satisfaction and company economical efficient,and made logistics experience easy to be inherited.In the part of logistics service providers management,this paper used Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthesis evaluation methods,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis method,established an objective and scientific evaluation index system and evaluation method for D chemmical company.Author applied it in the evaluation of the logistics service providers in actual work in D chemical company,which has played a good guiding effect in this enterprise.The conclusions of this paper can also be used for reference in other chemical enterprises similar to D chemical enterprises. |
