| In recent years,the proportion of raw coal production has been continuing to decline with the development of clean energy,but still leads the energy production.In 2018,China’s total energy production was 3.698 billion tons of tce with the 3 percent year-on-year growth in which the total production of raw coal is 2.552 billion tons of tce,accounting for 69%.China’s resource structure determines that the coal is the dominant energy in the short term.However,the coal industry structure imbalance and overcapacity issues caused by the excessive expansion of the coal industry in the past few years still exist.Power industry is the biggest coal consumption sector,but the coal power proportion is decreasing year by year since the weak power demand and development of clean energy power.If it goes on like this,the coal industry is bound to be severely impacted by the reduction of demand,so it is urgent to promote the transformation of the coal industry.It is worth thinking how to promote industrial upgrading and optimize industrial layout in the wave of coal market-oriented reform.Meanwhile,the distribution of coal resources in China is scattered and the regional differences are large.The main coal consumption areas are often far from production areas that results in high transportation cost.In the logistics system of coal enterprises,the optimization of supply logistics plays a decisive role in the integration of the whole coal logistics system,so more and more scholars focus on the research of coal supply logistics.Coal supply logistics refers to the physical flow of production materials between the supplier and the storage center when providing production equipment,parts or other materials for coal production.Due to the large scale of production,poor working conditions and the distance between mines,the actual operation of the supply logistics system is very complex.This led to a large increase in logistics costs,which is also one of the main reasons for high production costs in coal enterprises.Hence it is necessary to study the supply logistics network of coal production materials,analyze the main links and cost sources of supply logistics,reduce the supply logistics cost of coal production materials and improve the supply logistics efficiency of coal production materials.The main research content of this paper is study on the location of storage center and supplier evaluation which are the two issues in the supply logistics of coal production,as well as building the location model of storage center and establishing the supplier evaluation system.First of all,this paper expounds the existing research results of supply logistics,coal logistics and supply logistics of coal production materials,untangles the theoretical methods and related models,and defines the research methods of this paper.Secondly,the research subject of this paper is identified to be the location of storage center and the supplier evaluation in coal production materials supply logistics network,and the location model and evaluation system are constructed respectively to discuss the location selection principle and steps of storage center in detail.Then,the construction principle and evaluation index selection of supplier evaluation system are combed,and supplier evaluation is made based on AHP-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method,Finally,W coal group in north Shandong is selected as an example to make an empirical study on the location of storage center and supplier evaluation in the process of supply logistics.In this paper,genetic algorithm is used to solve the location model,and Python software is used to run the algorithm to obtain the location results. |
