Improving agricultural green production efficiency is of great significance to promoting ecological civilization construction and achieving green and high-quality agricultural development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.After reviewing the No.1Document of the Central Committee and the government work report of the past three years,it can be concluded that the Yangtze River Economic Belt is one of the major grain-producing areas in China.To protect the agricultural ecological environment and reduce agricultural carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is to develop agricultural productivity,green is the background color of agriculture,and agricultural and rural modernization must be green modernization.In this paper,the total amount of agricultural carbon emissions was used to represent the undesired output of agricultural green production.The super efficiency SBM model was selected to calculate the static efficiency of agricultural green production efficiency of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2020,and the ML index model was selected to calculate the dynamic efficiency.Dagum Gini index model was selected to further analyze the regional differences of agricultural green production efficiency and their sources.By constructing the Tobit regression model,the factors influencing agricultural green production efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt were analyzed empirically,and the heterogeneity was analyzed.The empirical results show that from2011 to 2020,the agricultural green production efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt presents an overall upward trend,with differences in the upper,middle and lower reaches.In terms of the change of agricultural green technology efficiency and technological progress in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2020,the efficiency values from high to low are upstream,middle and downstream,and the upstream region with the highest agricultural green technology efficiency shows a rising trend.On the whole,the overall regional difference of agricultural green production efficiency was expanding.From the perspective of influencing factors,financial support for agriculture,urbanization,labor quality,agricultural industrial structure,and rural economic development level will significantly promote agricultural green production efficiency,while agricultural disaster rate presents a inhibitory effect.Based on the above conclusions,in view of the existing problems,this paper proposes to adapt to local conditions,increase financial support for agriculture,promote the development of new urbanization,optimize agricultural industrial structure,strengthen rural human capital investment and other measures,so as to provide experience for improving the agricultural green production efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
