Study On The System Construction,Measurement And Countermeasures Of The Coordination Development Of Economic-Society-Environment Of Yangtze River Economic Belt

With the arrival of the industrial age and the advancement of urbanization,the contradiction between economy,society and environment is more and more prominent.While the economy and society are developing rapidly,they are also exerting great pressure on the environment.The development of economy,society and environment is obviously restrained by each other.Low economic benefits,social unfair,and income inequality,the deterioration of ecological environment problems become the regional coordination,how to balance the development of the key issues.As the whole basin of the Yangtze river economic belt opening development rise for the national development strategy,strengthen the Yangtze river economic belt various economic entities internal economy-society-environment coordination development,realize the Yangtze river economic belt coordination development of the economic subject internal subsystem,a process that is becoming more and more urgent and necessary,has important significance to China’s economic and social development.Based on the background,this paper takes 108 prefecture-level cities of the Yangtze river economic belt as the research objects.Firstly,the paper analyzs the current situation and interaction mechanism of economy-society-environment.Secondly,the index system of economy-society-environment system is constructed.Thirdly,the entropy method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index of the economy-society-environment system,and a coupling coordination model is constructed to quantitatively analyze the coordination development level of 108 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze river economic belt.Then,the paper uses panel FMOLS and panel quantile regression model to explore the influence factors of the coordination development of economy,society and environment.The results show that: from the time series evolution,the economic,social and environmental coordination degree of 108 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze river economic belt has been improved as a whole,showing a gradual rise from severe to mild imbalance.In terms of spatial pattern,the level of coordination development of economy,society and environment in the Yangtze river economic belt shows the difference of step by step from the lower reaches of the Yangtze river to the upper reaches of the Yangtze river.In terms of the influencing factors of the coordination development of the economy,society and environment,FMOLS estimation shows that the positive impact of industrial structure,economic development level,population distribution and scientific research investment level on the coordination development of the economy-society-environment is successively reduced,while foreign direct investment and environmental regulation do not pass the significance test.The results of panel quantile model show that the level of economic development,population distribution and environmental regulation have significant positive effects on the coordinated development of economy,society and environment.Foreign direct investment and scientific research investment levels are not significant in some subsites but in other subsites.The influence of industrial structure is significant only at the low score.Finally,based on the above analysis and the actual situation of the Yangtze river economic belt,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve the level of the coordination development of the Yangtze river economic belt.
