The Application Of Lean Six Sigma In The Quality Management Of Tobacco Flake In A Cigarette Factory

As technology continues to advance,competition between companies is becoming more and more intense.Quality has become one of the key factors in determining the success or failure of a company’s competition.The aim of Six Sigma management is to significantly improve product quality and reduce costs by reducing defects in products and production processes.This method is a quality management system that takes the customer as the core,continuously optimises the quality control means,continuously reduces the defect rate of the product and effectively controls the quality of the product to achieve the target of 3.4 parts per million.In this paper,tobacco flakes from Cigarette Factory A are selected for the study of quality management.The production of tobacco flakes can make full use of tobacco waste and effectively improve the utilisation of tobacco materials,thus reducing the production cost of cigarettes.In addition,flakes can also effectively reduce nicotine,tar and other harmful components of cigarettes,while retaining the original taste of cigarettes,and achieve effective coke reduction without affecting the quality of cigarettes,making it a more useful way to reduce the coke and harm of cigarettes today.Therefore,research on the quality management of tobacco flake projects is essential for the sustainable and healthy development of cigarette factories.In this paper,through the research and analysis of the tobacco cut sheet project of A Cigarette Factory,the quality management is carried out based on the Lean Six Sigma theory,and the Lean Six Sigma theory and its current situation are deeply analyzed.This paper studies the core idea of lean production,the connotation and core concept of Six Sigma,introduces the quality management of the tobacco cut sheet project of A cigarette factory,analyzes the actual situation of the quality management of the tobacco cut sheet project of A cigarette factory,and implements Six Sigma for the tobacco cut sheet project of A cigarette factory The management conducted an inspection,and the problems included: defects in the raw and auxiliary materials of the products,low efficiency of quality management,poor quality management awareness of employees,and inadequate process quality management.Then,the purpose and necessity of implementing Six Sigma management for the tobacco cut sheet project of A Cigarette Factory are explained.Then,based on the definition stage,the measurement stage,the analysis stage,the optimization stage,and the control stage,the role of Lean Six Sigma in the actual development of the quality management of the tobacco sheet project is clarified,and the final effect is summarized.Finally,it provides guarantee for the improvement measures of quality management of tobacco cut sheet project of A Cigarette Factory of Lean Six Sigma.By applying Lean Six Sigma to the quality management of the tobacco flake project in Cigarette Factory A,this paper summarises the deficiencies in the quality management of the tobacco flake project in Cigarette Factory A,applies them to practice,and draws conclusions to provide assurance for the smooth implementation of Six Sigma management,and realises the quality management of the tobacco flake project in Cigarette Factory A with Six Sigma as the centre and refinement as the norm.It is hoped that the research in this paper will help to promote the quality management improvement work of the tobacco flake project in Cigarette Factory A,and provide reference and reference for other companies of the same type in quality management work.
