| As the cleanest fossil energy on earth,natural gas is an important energy option for China to achieve the goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral" in the future.According to the planning,the ratio of natural gas in primary energy consumption will gradually increase from 8.5% to 15%,which also means that natural gas will develop prosperously.At present,the degree of external dependence on our natural gas is 42.5%,while LNG accounts for66% of the imported natural gas.In the future,25 LNG terminals will be built and put into operation in China,which is more than twice of the 22 terminals currently in operation.The competition between LNG terminals and operators will become increasingly fierce.Therefore,in order to improve its competitiveness and retain elites,one of the ways for LNG terminal is to continuously strengthen the performance management of production team to improve the enthusiasm of production team members.First,this paper expounds the research status of performance management at home and abroad,defines the concepts of performance,performance appraisal and performance management.Second,it introduces the advantages and disadvantages of three performance appraisal methods,MBO 、 KPI and 360 degree performance appraisal.Third,it introduces the current situation of performance management of production teams in YD LNG Terminal.According to the questionnaire survey,the problems existing in the performance management of YD company production teams mainly include the limited participation of team members in the formulation of performance plans,the lack of quantification of performance indicators,the existence of equalitarianism in performance appraisal,the lack of feedback in performance appraisal and the inadequate application of performance appraisal results.Through in-depth analysis,the main reasons for the problems in the performance appraisal of production teams of YD company include insufficient attention of the management,imperfect performance management system and lack of professional knowledge of performance managers.In view of this situation,this paper optimizes the production team performance management of YD LNG Terminal from the aspects of production teamperformance plan,performance implementation and guidance,performance evaluation,performance result feedback and application of performance appraisal results,and the company achieved the goals of reducing energy consumption per unit of production and gas loss,improving the implementation of indicators,increasing enthusiasm of team members to participate in team evaluation activities.And to garantee the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme,the company has put forward guarantee measures such as optimizing the performance management organization,strengthening the construction of corporate culture,and carrying out performance management training,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of production team members to participate in performance management,and further improve the competitiveness of YD company. |
