| At the end of 2018,according to the integration requirements of Qingdao Bay Group(integration of planning and construction,integration of safety and environmental protection,integration of public works,integration of warehousing and logistics,integration of intelligent management),the "Qingdao alkali potash fertilizer and inorganic salt division"(hereinafter referred to as the Division)was established.Its predecessor consists of three parts: supply and marketing department,environmental safety department,technology center,quality supervision department of Qingdao Alkali Industry Development Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Qingdao alkali industry)headquarters,Qingdao alkali Potassium Fertilizer Technology Co.,Ltd.and Qingdao alkali industry Pingdu branch.The newly established business division is composed of 10 management departments and 3 production plants,including general management department(administration,personnel,Party building,mass organization,etc.),engineering equipment department,HSE department(environmental protection,safety,occupational health management),technology center,production department,supply department,sales company,warehousing and logistics department,electrical instrument department,quality supervision department,potassium sulfate plant,calcium chloride plant and sodium bicarbonate plant,There are 270 staff in the Department.Gulf Group requires that all management functions of Qingdao Soda Industry should be transferred to the business division,that is,all management and production operations of the newly established business division should be operated independently.However,due to the fact that the staff of the newly established business division are from various departments of the original soda industry company,the concept and work cognition,skills and personality are different,and the management team is relatively inefficient,so it is necessary to build an efficient management team.Before the establishment of the business division of Qingdao Soda Industry,there were Qingdao Soda Industry Potash Fertilizer Technology Co.,Ltd.and Qingdao Soda Industry Pingdu branch.These two companies operated independently,with two sets of management teams and overlapping management functions.And supply,sales,safety and environmental protection,quality supervision,technology center are all managed in the headquarters.There is no vertical management,there are many levels of management,and the management efficiency is relatively low.Based on the above reasons,this paper selects Qingdao alkali potash and inorganic salt business division as the research object,studies the specific content of team management after the reconstruction of management mode,in order to find out the development path of building an efficient management team after the reconstruction of management mode.Based on the theory of enterprise team management,this paper analyzes the current situation of team management after the reconstruction of the management mode of Qingdao alkali industry potash fertilizer and inorganic salt business division,and analyzes the problems existing in the team management after the reconstruction of the management mode of the business division.By analyzing the problems,this paper proposes the Optimization Countermeasures for the team management after the reconstruction of the management mode of Qingdao alkali industry potash fertilizer and inorganic salt business division,In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.Taking the business division of Qingdao Soda Industry Company as a foothold,this paper puts in a theoretical model,analyzes the specific disadvantages,causes of influence,and optimization path at the current stage,constructs a systematic team management mechanism,and explains the implementation method in detail.In this way,this paper not only provides theoretical contributions,but also gives case data,which is convenient for sample units and relevant market players to get inspiration.With the unremitting efforts of many scholars at home and abroad,there are abundant research results in the field of team management,but the research on team management after the change of enterprise management structure is still rare.This paper intends to put forward the analysis and research of team management research after the change of enterprise management structure.This kind of research can enrich the research content of enterprise team management,improve the research field of domestic enterprises at different levels of knowledge management,and fill in the research scope of team management after the reconstruction of enterprise management mode. |
