Performance appraisal,as the core issue of human resource management in enterprises,provides impetus for the development of enterprises.For the employees of enterprises,performance appraisal defines the direction of their efforts.In the concrete practical work,how to fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of employees,build a scientific performance appraisal system,and give full play to its due role is one of the main difficulties faced by enterprises It is also a common problem that the state-owned enterprises of our country urgently need to solve.As China’s traditional resource-based enterprises,coal enterprises are affected by historical factors,such as high labor intensity,poor work environment,high risk factor,and relatively low employee quality.Neglecting the guidance of management improvement and long-term development,it has become a common feature in the performance evaluation of most coal enterprises in China.As the basic unit of the coal mine operation system,the production area team is in the front line of the underground production.It is not only the most core unit of the coal mine,but also the most direct creator of the production and operation objectives of the coal mine.It has the most important position in the production and operation of the coal mine.In the production and operation,how to guide and encourage the production teams to implement the operation and development objectives of the mine,maintain the safety production of the mine,and scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system suitable for the objective situation of the mine are the biggest problems encountered by the coal enterprises.This paper takes D coal production area team of SD group as the research object,summarizes the relevant theory and implementation experience of performance appraisal of coal enterprises;conducts research on the current situation of performance appraisal of D coal production area team,finds out the main problems in the performance appraisal system of D coal production area team;and designs the improvement scheme of D coal production performance appraisal system based on the actual production of D coal mine;finally,from the perspective of the actual situation of D coal production area team,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of D coal production area team In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized performance appraisal system,some supporting measures are put forward,such as the selection of examiners,the importance of leaders,the training and supervision,the cultivation of corporate culture and the optimization of performance appraisal environment.This paper focuses on the combination of literature research,interview,questionnaire,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The combination of theory and enterprise practice focuses on the practical problems existing in the improvement of performance appraisal system of D coal mine,which is of practical significance and reference for the enterprise and the coal enterprises in China to improve the performance appraisal system.
