| Coal enterprises play an important role in China’s economic development and social progress.In recent years,Along with the national supply-side reform,coal enterprises follow the trend and make full use of the existing advantages to carry out internal organizational structure reform,so as to improve the organizational work effectiveness and performance at a higher level,and at present this also becomes the coal enterprise in the human resources management link must pay attention to the key question.As the specific organization,implementation and operation unit of each enterprise target,the grass-roots management team has a very close relationship between its performance appraisal results and the economic results of the enterprise.In this study refer to the significant research results at home and abroad,on the basis of performance appraisal of M company grass-roots management team systematically comb and judgment,and performance appraisal system for M company further reform put forward opinions and Suggestions,trying to make other related enterprises,corresponding reference basis in the reform.First of all,this study first is the current trend of the development of coal enterprises and performance evaluation,put forward under the background of the current,promote M grass-roots management team research practical value and academic value,and related fields of the current domestic and foreign research achievements are summarized and comb,performance appraisal reform path for M company reference.Secondly,this study explains the concepts of grassroots management team,performance,performance appraisal and so on,and systematically introduces the main methods and performance appraisal system of performance appraisal.Third,this study investigates the current organizational management system and performance appraisal implementation status of M Company,and makes normative sorting.It uses questionnaire analysis to find out the potential problems existing in the current performance appraisal management process of M Company,and analyzes the reasons for these problems.Fourth,this study puts forward the purpose and principles of performance appraisal of grassroots management team of M Company,designs key indicators of performance appraisal through interviews,sets corresponding weights,and proposes improvement and methods of relevant performance appraisal process.Finally,this study conducted a feasibility analysis on the optimization of the performance appraisal method of the grassroots management team,and constructed the corresponding guarantee mechanism. |
