With the continuous development of the world economy,enterprises are gradually changing in the direction of diversification.As a major component of the world economy,how to maintain stable development in the direction of diversification has become a problem that every operator needs to consider.Human resources as the main resources of enterprise development,how to effectively manage human resources has become the focus of enterprise strategic development.Performance management system is the main way and core content of human resource management,and is an effective way for enterprises to achieve human resource management.Therefore,the establishment of a fair and just performance management system in enterprises can continuously improve the level of human resource management and provide good human resource security for enterprises.In this context,this study explores the problems,causes and optimization schemes of the enterprise performance appraisal system through the study of the enterprise performance appraisal system.Regardless of any enterprise under market economy system,facing the fierce market competition environment,for an enterprise,is a fully functional small market,while a line production personnel is the enterprise key employees,directly decides the enterprise product quality,so the marketing management theory is applied to the enterprise a line production personnel in the performance appraisal system is very necessary.Through the study of gold mine production enterprises,the author found that the construction of the performance appraisal system of Production frontline workers is not perfect,which directly restricts the performance management level of gold mine production enterprises.This study selected to gold production as the main business of Y enterprise as an example,through questionnaires,field visits and other ways to understand the status of the Y enterprise first-line production staff performance appraisal,analysis of Y enterprise first-line production staff performance appraisal system existing problems and reasons,and then in combination with the practical situation of Y enterprise and the market-oriented management theory,Establish a market-oriented performance appraisal optimization system for Production frontline workers in the enterprise,in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of Production frontline workers through market-oriented management,so as to create a fair and just performance appraisal system for Production frontline workers.This study takes Y enterprise as an example,under the guidance of internal marketization theory,combined with the current situation of Y enterprise and put forward the optimization research of enterprise performance appraisal system for Production frontline workers.First of all,this study through the field investigation and questionnaire to know Y enterprise first-line production staff performance appraisal system of the status quo,analysis of enterprise concept,Y Y institutions and other related content,and then use mathematical statistics to analyze the results of the survey,to understand Y enterprise first-line production staff performance appraisal system existing problems and the reasons for these problems.Through analysis,it is found that the Production frontline workers of Y enterprise have problems in the performance appraisal system,such as lack of performance appraisal feedback process design,single performance appraisal index and inadequate application of performance appraisal results.The reasons are mainly caused by the lack of attention from the senior staff of Y company,the lack of professional assessment specialists and the low positioning of performance assessment.Secondly,based on the actual situation of Y enterprise,this study uses marketization theories to design and apply the performance appraisal system for Production frontline workers.Determine the thinking,principles and connotation of performance assessment system,and finally put forward specific performance assessment system strategies from three aspects: performance assessment process,performance assessment indicators and performance assessment results.In terms of the performance appraisal process,this study clarifies the performance management revision plan,puts forward the performance plan optimization measures,and requests to attach importance to the performance feedback.In terms of performance appraisal indicators,this study designed key performance indicators of Production frontline workers by selecting key indicators and determining the weight of indicators.In the application of performance appraisal results,this study proposes specific optimization strategies from feedback and application.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal strategy of Production frontline workers in Y enterprise,this study proposes guarantee measures from four aspects of organization,personnel,system and culture.This study takes Y enterprise as an example to explore the problems and causes in the performance appraisal of Production frontline workers,and then proposes solutions.This research can provide optimization guidance for the performance appraisal system of the Production frontline workers of Y enterprise,so as to help Y enterprise better carry out performance appraisal and human resource management.The proposed performance evaluation system in our institute can make up for the shortcomings of traditional performance evaluation system,has the stronger operability and pertinence,able to work for a line of production workers actual situation proposed targeted performance appraisal content,pay attention to feedback and application of the performance appraisal system,can effectively promote Y enterprise performance management level.In addition,this study can also provide reference for other enterprises of the same type and promote the improvement of the whole performance appraisal system.
