Research On Staff Performance Appraisal System Of ER Company

The role of human resource management has been raised to the height of the enterprise strategy by the enterprises.For modern enterprises,performance appraisal is the core issue of human resource management.Performance evaluation refers to the process and methods to evaluate the working behavior of the employees and the work performance using the specific criteria and indicators,and to produce a positive guidance for the future work of the staff and work performance using the assessment results,under the established strategic objectives.ER Company was founded in July 1982,is a company engaged in coal handling and storage service enterprises.Through the study of the existing staff performance appraisal system of ER company,we find a series of problems in the development of the enterprise,and combine the actual situation of the enterprise to make the optimization plan,in order to provide useful reference for the development of the enterprise.First,the paper makes a macro analysis of the background and significance of this research,describes the research status of performance evaluation at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the content and methods of this study.Second,it gives the overview for the concept,content and functions of performance evaluation,makes a comparative analysis of differences in performance evaluation and traditional evaluation of the performance appraisal,describes the general process and several commonly used assessment methods,laying the groundwork for the analysis of the performance appraisal system of ER Company the next step.Third,it introduces the basic situation of ER Company,analyzes the operation of the enterprise performance evaluation system,points out the existing problems,and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),construction of ER employee performance evaluation system optimization scheme and illustrates the performance indicators of the process of making questionnaire,KPI assessment method.Finally,for the ER Company optimized performance evaluation system operation,proposes the protection scheme,specifies the basic work need to do in the process of operation system,and provides strong support for the smooth operation of the new system.
