Performance appraisal is the core content of performance management.A reasonable and effective performance appraisal system has become one of the main ways for companies to solve human resource management problems.The Tarim Oilfield has been regarded by economists as the energy economic artery of western China.Xinjiang Recycling Energy Co.,Ltd.is an enterprise engaged in the recovery of vented natural gas during the oil and gas development process of the Tarim Oilfield,it has a large number of production personnel,as the direct creator of the company's benefits.However,the company's performance assessment for production personnel is still insufficient,which affects the satisfaction of employees to the performance assessment and is not conducive to improving their work enthusiasm.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the performance assessment of the company's production personnel,and better play the role of performance assessment.This paper optimizes the performance appraisal of production staff in Xin Jiang cycle energy co.,LTD based on the relevant theories.Firstly,analysis of the current situation and found the main problems through the issuance of the questionnaire.The problems include the relatively single nuclear subject,the low degree of connection between the assessment index design and the job content,the vague assessment criteria,and the "equalitarianism" in the application of assessment results.The main reasons are the backward concept of performance appraisal,the absence of a separate human resource management department,and the lack of supervision and communication feedback in the appraisal.Secondly,based on certain optimization principles,the performance evaluation index,evaluation criterion and index weight of each production post were redesigned.The company's performance indicators include command response,execution,equipment maintenance,data management and site management.The indicators of working ability include basic knowledge level,business ability and innovation ability.The indicators of work attitude include four aspects: obedience,responsibility,conscientiousness and initiative.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the performance appraisal program designed in this paper,five safeguard measures are proposed.
