Y petroleum engineering services company is a fracture acidizing,oil testing as the core,with complex well workover technology as the support,assistance from other professional oriented domestic and international to provide special engineering technology services company.Mainly engaged in fracturing,acidizing and fracturing sand wells and on-site technical service and development well testing,testing,hydraulic pump,gas testing and formation test and complex well workover,horizontal well sidetracking operations.As the oil and gas reform step by step,Y petroleum engineering services company is facing,in the process of oil and gas reform,brings opportunities to the development of the company;on the other hand,the release of oil and gas exploration qualification,market competition intensified.Mine workers are the key production personnel of the company,the company in order to survive and develop in the process of reform,need to design a scientific and perfect performance evaluation system of underground workers,and establish and perfect management system,the company continues to remain competitive.In this paper,aiming at the underground workers Y petroleum engineering services company as the research object,the use of performance appraisal methods,with the relevant theoretical knowledge,the appraisal method of the existing grass-roots team as the main analysis.First of all,the theories of performance management and performance evaluation were analyzed,summarized the method of performance appraisal;secondly,found that the current grass-roots staff performance appraisal system problems are extremely relevant reasons,the preparation of targeted solutions,analyzed the causes;again,according to the actual situation of Y petroleum engineering services company,the design of downhole operation the workers performance appraisal system,the main use of the 360 degree evaluation method and key performance indicators of modern performance evaluation tools and methods to determine the mine workers performance evaluation index,index weight,assessment standards and body and the main body weight,which makes the workers performance appraisal more targeted,fairness and effectiveness;finally,put forward corresponding guarantee measures for implementation.This paper summarized the characteristics of workers in underground work Y petroleum engineering services company in the analysis,combined with the actual situation and put forward the performance appraisal system of underground workers,can help companies improve production line workers working enthusiasm and working enthusiasm.This is how the state-owned oil companies under the new situation of the underground workers performance appraisal provides a useful reference,which is to strengthen the state-owned oil company's survival ability,has important significance to promote the sustainable development of the stateowned oil company.
