In order to effectively deal with climate change and protect the ecological environment,carbon neutrality has become an important reform on a global scale.Worldwide,reducing the use of fossil energy and looking for alternative energy have become the general trend,and the third energy transition has quietly begun.With the development of economic globalization,step on the road of global layout,international development,develop from the domestic management to the global market,become our country large petrochemical enterprise development path and choice.As an enterprise with high energy consumption and high emission,petrochemical enterprises face both challenges and opportunities in carbon neutrality.Need to layout in advance,reasonable response to challenges to avoid risks;Seize the opportunity to seek new opportunities and expand new plans in the tide of global energy transformation.Many scholars at home and abroad have made great achievements in the study of international management of petrochemical enterprises.However,in the context of the era of carbon neutrality,the international operation of enterprises is relatively lacking.This paper takes Chinese petrochemical enterprises as the entry point,takes carbon neutralization as the background,and studies the internationalization management strategy of Chinese petrochemical enterprises on the basis of the relevant theories of internationalization.Firstly,the international management status of Chinese petrochemical enterprises under the background of carbon neutrality is discussed.The status quo of Chinese petrochemical enterprises is described from four dimensions: overseas market size,foreign investment scale,production and research and development level,brand marketing ability.Secondly,it analyzes the influence of carbon neutrality on the internationalization of Chinese petrochemical enterprises.Using PEST analysis method to analyze the new international market environment faced by the international operation of Chinese petrochemical enterprises,this paper analyzes the influence of carbon neutralization on the international operation strategy of Chinese petrochemical enterprises from the perspective of location choice,entry mode,production and R&D,brand and marketing and other factors.The opportunities and challenges brought about by carbon neutralization for Chinese petrochemical enterprises are further discussed on the basis of the previous analysis.Mainly from the production strategy,technology superiority,superiority to create and cooperation investment opportunities in-depth analysis of our petrifaction enterprise opportunities;The challenges are analyzed from four dimensions: capacity expansion,trade barriers,supply chain emission reduction and peer competition.Thirdly,based on the compromise theory of international production,the conditions of international operation of Chinese petrochemical enterprises under the background of carbon neutrality are analyzed,and the cases of Sinopec and CNOOC,which have obvious ownership advantages and internalization advantages,entering multi-dimensional new energy business and Hengyi Petrochemical investing in refining and chemical projects in Brunei,which has obvious location advantages,are selected for analysis.The typical experience of international operation of petrochemical enterprises is introduced.Finally,combined with the operating experience of domestic petrochemical enterprises,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on the international management strategy of petrochemical enterprises under the background of carbon neutrality,which can provide reference for similar petrochemical enterprises.In conclusion,in order to reduce the overseas investment and trade risks brought by carbon neutralization,Chinese petrochemical enterprises should,on the one hand,select the appropriate target location and international market entry mode according to their own business advantages,and optimize the global oil and gas industry chain and asset distribution.On the other hand,it is necessary to speed up the transformation of cleanliness,advance towards comprehensive energy suppliers,and strive to achieve leapfrog development in international operation.From the perspective of ownership,when carrying out international marketing,Chinese petrochemical enterprises must determine key target markets based on their own resources,grasp the low carbonization trend,and formulate key market leading strategy.At the same time to build a perfect marketing system.Chinese petrochemical enterprises need to change their business concept,formulate carbon neutralization roadmap in time and carry out carbon management,so as to promote the green and efficient development and utilization of oil and gas.From the perspective of internalization,the research and development of low-carbon technologies and products needs to be accelerated.From the replicative expansion mode to the diversified product development mode,boldly participate in the production,technology research and development and marketing of new energy,and build a green supply chain.From the perspective of location,we can take advantage of the policy time difference to expand overseas capacity.In terms of entry mode,according to their own advantages,enterprises can promote the docking and integration of green transformation and their own business model through export,setting up overseas companies,mergers and acquisitions and other ways. |
