industrial transfer on carbon emissions in different industries.Conclusions Mainly include the following:（1）International industrial transfer of different sources has a significant impact on my from the investment orientation,industrial structure and development of entrepreneurs in different regions.（2）International Industrial Transfer the impact of regional CO₂emissions presents distinctive regional differences,for the Middle East,the entry of the international industry will help local inhibit carbon dioxide emissions,the international industrial levels undertaken in the Middle Eastern western part is significantly higher than the middle.This shows that my country’s foreign trade exports have mainly turned from past manufacturing to high-precision industries,transforming the way of developing resources as a cost-effective export,contributing to regional carbon emissions.Economic growth has a significant carbon rolling effect on all domestic provinces,of which the elastic coefficient of the central region is the largest,and the eastern region is second.Compared with the central region,the eastern region has improved in the past,high-energy economic growth mode,but the distance is considerably effort to drive carbon emission through economic growth.The per capita production value and carbon emissions in the three regions are inverted.The environment Kuznet is
