At present, excessive emissions of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide lead to global warming, posing a serious threat to human living environment, industrial and agricultural production and human health.Low-carbon development has become a global consensus. In order to achieve sustainable development, promote economic structural transformation, and promote harmonious coexistence between man and nature,China has put forward the goal of achieving carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060.The realization of the "dual carbon" goal requires all walks of life to work together to reduce the carbon emissions of the industry. As a complex production and service industry, the logistics industry plays a vital role in China’s economic development, which is an important part of the national economy, and is the only industry with continuous growth in carbon emissions. In recent years, the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province has developed rapidly, but there is little literature to study the carbon emissions of the logistics industry in the province. As a leading industry in promoting the economic and social development of Heilongjiang Province,it is of great significance for Heilongjiang Province to analyze its carbon emission characteristics and influencing factors, and propose targeted emission reduction measures.Taking the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, firstly, this paper analyzes the development status of the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province, calculates the carbon emissions of the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province from 2000 to2020 by using the emission coefficient method, and calculates the carbon emission intensity of the logistics industry. The Tapio decoupling model was used to analyze the decoupling effect between carbon emissions and economic output value of logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province. The spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of carbon emissions in logistics industry were studied by hot spot analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis. Then, the LMDI decomposition model is used to analyze the influencing factors of the logistics industry, the contribution of each influencing factor to the carbon emissions of the logistics industry is analyzed. Finally, combined with the above research results, suggestions for the green and lowcarbon development of logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province are put forward. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The carbon emissions of the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province increased from 1.66 million tons in 2000 to 6.94 million tons in 2015,and then decreased to 6.21 million tons in 2020,with a carbon emission growth rate of 274%;From 2000 to 2016,the carbon emission intensity of the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province showed an overall upward trend, and showed a downward trend after 2016.(2)The carbon emissions of the logistics industry and the output value of the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province as a whole showed a state of negative decoupling of expansion, and there was a trend of strong decoupling in the past five years;Among them,6cities showed negative decoupling of carbon emissions and output value of logistics industry,3cities showed growth connection, and 4 cities showed weak decoupling.(3)The hot spot analysis results under the vertical timeline showed that the carbon emission hotspots and sub-hotspots of the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province showed a growth trend, mainly concentrated in the economically developed southern cities, and the cold spots and sub-cold spots were mainly concentrated in the economically underdeveloped remote areas; The hot spot analysis results show that the hot spots and sub-hot spots of the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province show a decreasing trend. The results of spatial autocorrelation analysis show that there is a significant positive correlation between carbon emissions in logistics in various regions of Heilongjiang Province, and the correlation is increasing. From 2000 to 2020,the spatial agglomeration characteristics of the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province were relatively stable, mainly showing "high-high" aggregation and "low-low" aggregation.(4)Energy structure factors, energy efficiency factors and economic development factors are the main driving factors to promote the increase of carbon emissions in the logistics industry, logistics development factors are the main factors inhibiting the growth of carbon emissions in the logistics industry, and the impact of population size factors on carbon emissions in the logistics industry in the early stage is mainly pulling effect, and gradually turning into inhibition in the later stage, but the impact effect is small.
