| China’s jewery industry has made great progress in the past decades.Since the implementation of China’s reform and opening-up policy,China’s jewelry craft technology has made tremendous improvements and become the most important jewelry manufacturing country in the world.As China’s economy continues to grow rapidly.consumer demand for bead jewelry continues to climb,which brings great challenges to China’s bead jewelry market.At the same time,the openness and interconnection of information in the digital era has become a new trend,allowing companies to start seeking transformation and prompting business model innovation.The outbreak of the new crown epidemic has made the jewelry industry brands,which originally operated mainly offline,also begin to seek new means of profitability to mitigate the impact of the epidemic.Private domain operation,a low-cost,high customer acquisition mode of operation,has naturally become the main means of business model imovation in the jewelry industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the value creation of private domain operation in jewelry industry from the perspective of business model,and lead the jewelry industry to lay out a new retail model,use private domain operation for value creation and enhance enterprise value.Through the innovation of business model,the company’s market share can be substantially enhanced and its leading position can be maintained.This paper takes the business model innovation of Chow Tai Sang as the research object,adopts literature research method,financial index analysis method and case study method,and takes user thinking theory,moat theory and AAR modal as the theoretical support of value creation.The development history of Chow Tai Sang is reviewed,and the innovation of Chow Tai Sang’s private operation business model is discussed,and the motivation and innovation path of Chow Tai Sang’s business model and the Internet thinking of private operation model are outlined.The impact of private domain operation on enterprise value creation ability is also analyzed in depth,and studied from five different perspectives:value creation mechanism,value innovation path,enterprise core competitiveness,financial indicators and business activities.By analyzing the problems of Chow Tai Sang’s private domain operations,suggestions are made for Chow Tai Sang’s private domain operations to improve value creation capability in terms of private domain closure and operation technology.The study shows that in the digital era,jewelry companies should innovate their business models,increase value delivery through private domain operations,and seek to maximize value creation by adopting diversified cooperation.Zhou Dasheng’s private domain operation model adopts omnichannel parallelism,using online platforms,small programs and offline activities to obtain traffic,digital technology to obtain information and analyze data to increase the conversion of traffic,creating more value with consumers,while enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.We hope this study can provide some help to the jewelry industry to innovate business model and adopt private domain operation mode next. |
