The “White Paper on China's Refined Oil Retail Industry” released by Guan de Che,a gas station operation and management service provider,shows that compared with the gas stations of foreign-funded and state-owned enterprises,private gas stations still have some gaps in service level,oil quality and overall satisfaction.At the same time,with the high-quality development of the economy of the times and the increasing demand for refined oil from the people,now the refined oil market has begun to shift from sellers to buyers,the number of competitors is increasing,the strength has become stronger,and price competition has also normalized.The competition of gas stations is no longer a price competition.Instead,it starts with user needs as the starting point,abandons the “price war” competition model,pays more attention to service and quality competition,and exerts strength from brands and services,from intelligent Upgrade in marketing management.At the same time,the market environment of refined oil products has brought higher requirements to the operation and management of gas stations.Gas stations now need to learn to use data to accurately and comprehensively analyze the operation of the entire station and design targeted management plans.To achieve the prerequisites required by the new era above,private stations need to break old concepts,establish new management concepts,abandon traditional operating models,and choose reasonable operating models.Therefore,it is very important to choose what kind of operation mode to develop private gas stations at this stage.A reasonable operation mode will improve the management level of gas stations,and will enable private stations to seize opportunities for development and seize market advantages.To a certain extent,the operation mode The right or wrong has directly affected the survival and development of future enterprises.This paper first analyzes the current status of the development of the operation mode of domestic private gas stations by comparing the operating modes of private gas stations at home and abroad,and concludes that the development of private gas stations should draw on the experience of choosing an operation mode abroad,Reform the model,improve brand awareness,and try to choose to develop a chain franchise operation model.Secondly,based on the operation data of the H private gas station in Jingmen City,Hubei Province,combined with the actual operation situation and development trend of Jingmen City,the Porter Five Forces analysis model was used to analyze the policy environment,market environment and network layout of the private gas station in Jingmen City.The environment is effectively analyzed,and it is concluded that the private gas station is in a fierce competitive environment,and the advantages,disadvantages and development opportunities of the development of the H private station are summarized.Finally,it analyzes the three mainstream operating modes existing in private gas stations,compares the profitability of private stations under different operating modes,andpredicts H private enterprises according to the actual situation of H private gas stations.The gas station is suitable for choosing the brand franchise model.Relying on the Petroleum Group brand,this model is to increase the sales volume of oil business and enrich the types of non-oil business.At the same time,under the development of new concepts and new management systems,it will quickly promote the digital transformation of private stations and promote H private stations.The transformation to self-service gas stations,cost reduction,and energy-saving comprehensive service stations has greatly improved the single-station operation capability of private stations,and ultimately achieved the efficient and sustainable development of H private gas stations.Since ordinary private gas stations rarely carry out chain franchise at this stage,it is a brand-new topic for both H private stations of the pilot operation mode and researchers in the industry.The important significance of this article is that according to the operation mode theory,the system has sorted out the problems existing in the H-private station's own self-operated model,and accordingly proposed corresponding improvements.This research work can effectively improve the management level of the private gas station.1.The ability to create efficiency,truly release its market momentum and vitality,indicate the direction for the operation and management model reform of private gas stations,and ultimately achieve the overall healthy development of private enterprises.
