| As The Times gradually develop,the market environment becomes more and more uncertain.In the uncertainty of the environment but breeds opportunities,Companies often use these opportunities to build a unique business model to gain competitive advantage and better performance.In different business environments,companies often use business model innovation to improve their value creation capabilities.Business model innovation has exerted an important influence in enterprise value creation.This paper selects POP MART as a research case to deeply explore the impact of business model innovation on enterprise value creation.As trend toy industry leader,POP MART take the lead in business model innovation,using member integral,personalized new ways to customers "lock",and launching a variety of new marketing means,build their own social platform "PAQU" private domain traffic management,also explore the new play trend industry,adopt the form of "blind box" for product sales,a comprehensive innovation of business model,and to reach billions of market value.Through the literature research method,the research of the existing domestic and foreign scholars on business model innovation and value creation is analyzed,so as to obtain the research progress.At the same time,the case study method,through the business model canvas theory,and then the subdivided elements are summarized into customer innovation,process innovation and resource innovation,so as to connect with the three processes of value creation.Through the influence of customer innovation on value discovery,the influence of process innovation on value transmission,and the influence of resource innovation on value acquisition,the analysis shows that resource innovation plays the greatest role in value acquisition in value creation,accounting for 39.43%.At the same time,the role of customer innovation,process innovation and resource innovation in the process of enterprise value creation is analyzed,and then the influence of business model innovation on value creation is summarized.Business model innovation can promote the improvement of enterprise value in the short term.The EVA of POP MART increased from 483 million yuan to 576 million yuan,and then decreased to 319 million yuan.It can be seen that the business model innovation of POP MART is lack of momentum.Through specific case analysis,this paper focuses on the research of enterprise value creation of business model innovation,analyzes the impact of business model innovation on enterprise value creation,and complements the existing research.Through qualitative and quantitative research,the final effect of business model innovation on value creation is summarized,and the enterprise strategic management theory is developed and improved.So as to better provide some reference significance for other industries to carry out business model innovation and promote enterprise value creation. |
