| Due to the influence of the continuous COVID-19,the war between Russia and Ukraine,the interest rate hike and balance sheet reduction of the Fed,etc,it has weakened the global economy in recession to a larger extent and promoted the increasingly fierce market competition.In particular,the small enterprises with small scale,low added value,low profit and weak anti-risk ability are facing the pressure of innovation,upgrading and transformation,even survival.As the same times,there are more enterprise managers realizing that talents are the core competitiveness of enterprises,and human resources are the most significant resources of enterprises.Improving the level of human resource management can increase the competitive advantage of enterprises and promote the realization of organizational strategic objectives.The human resource planning is the basis of human resource management,which defines the direction and objectives of various specific work of human resource management.As a small private enterprise established for nearly 20 years,TD Company has mainly provided the service for various manufacturing enterprises,which has provided the logistics,production,sales and testing of industrial gases.With a simple organizational structure like most small enterprises,TD Company has not set up special human resources department or professional human resources specialist,which thus is relatively backward in its human resources management level.Therefore,the development of TD Company has been seriously restricted by the human resource management problem.In this case,a scientific and effective human resource management planning should be urgently formulated to solve various development problems faced by TD Company.TD Company is taken as an example in this thesis to carry out in-depth investigation and research on TD Company.Based on the existing theoretical research and the strategic objectives of TD Company,it has carried out research and design of human resources planning.In accordance with the field research,the current situation of human resources management and existing human resources management problems such as insufficient talent attraction,unreasonable organizational structure and poor team cooperation.In this paper uses a variety of analytical tools to analyze the internal and external environment of TD company,uses the scientific analysis method to predict the future supply and demand of TD company,and finally formulates the human resources planning suitable for the company,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the planning implementation.In the process of research,this paper uses the relevant theories of motivation science from the perspective of employees,puts forward a series of strategies to increase the attractiveness of enterprises’ talents to help small enterprises attract excellent talents and gain market competitive advantages.At the same time,this paper provides a feasible operation plan for the human resources planning of TD Company and other similar small enterprises,which can improve the human resources management level of small enterprises,help enterprises maintain competitive advantages in the complex market environment,and achieve their strategic objectives. |
