In the process of personnel,labor and capital work,planning is the top priority of management.It is the key factor affecting enterprises to achieve strategic development goals smoothly,that the human resource planning can match with the enterprise development strategy and be used normative.The enterprise strategy and management mode have changed greatly,when Hebei A Flexible Packaging Company,the research object,joined a large international packaging group in 2016.In the face of the current changing internal and external environment of the enterprise,it has become a problem need to be solved by human resource department that how to provide more support for the company development.In view of this,we need to fully understand human resource planning theory and specific operation methods,combined with the actual situation of Hebei A Flexible Packaging Company,this paper studies the human resources planning of the company,and analyzes the stock of enterprise human resources by the way of talent inventory.On this basis,through the prediction of human resources supply and demand balance,formulated the human resources planning plan,put forward some suggestions,the realization of strategic objectives benefits from different measures taken at each stage.In this paper,it is found that the current human resource planning can not support the strategic goal of transformation,the importance of human resource planning is inadequate;employee planning organization needs to be improved and training quality is poor;ignoring employee career planning.For the problem,this paper formulated the company’s human resources planning scheme,put forward the start talent employment work,diversified staff training,actively select talents and three specific measures,and from the organization guarantee,information system security,system guarantee three aspects supporting design the safeguard measures,improve the company human resources planning problem.
