| With the glass deep-processing continues to improve, its intelligent productionput forward higher request. Although China has begun to take shape in glassdeep-processing industry, and obtained some achievements, but there is still a largegap compared with developed countries. The existing PC control system has beenincreasingly difficult to meet the demand of increasingly complex control, an urgentneed to develop a set of intelligent management and dispatching software system.Therefore, the research and development for the intelligent management anddispatching software system, which are taken on the basis of the existing glass deep-processing production line realized real-time monitoring of machining status,intelligent dispatching, management and other functions.In this paper, the system has been studied in consideration of the demand, theoverall framework, intelligent scheduling and management interface, specificallyincludes the following:First, the demands and related technologies are combined to design the overallframework of the system, which ensures the feasibility of design.Second, the software system is divided in diffident parts and each part has beenmade corresponding design, especially the serial communication task IDs designwhich carries out the control in glass deep-processing production line from the tasklevel.Third, to optimize the existing glass deep-processing production line, themodular decomposition modeling and solving have been done to obtain the optimalprocessing route and the shortest feeding interval. Then, the overall control strategyof glass deep-processing production line has been determined and the originalscheduling model has been redesigned. Besides, the dynamic scheduling has beendesigned based on original scheduling.Fourth, the software system management interface has been implemented basedon the requirements of overall control and property settings of all equipments. Thus,the dynamic monitoring and display of each device have been realized. From the view of theoretical design and actual research status, the intelligentmanagement and dispatching software system has a broad application prospect. Notonly can it be applied to glass deep-processing production line, but also can be usedin other production areas. The software system can be quickly converted to bemanufactured goods, which meets the demand of the superior mechanical control andhas certain practical value and reference. |
